I only have some earrings left on there. Bracelets and necklaces, most have been taken off the site.

I'm here! I'm here! Finally! lol I know it's been a while, but my husband was rewiring cables in the house so i didnt have the internet, and then again as usual finishing up the house now, and moving upstairs.

Update in weightloss, not much. I am down to 188. I havnt been putting any effort into it this month, meaning no exercise (walking) but i havnt cheated! :D Still eating healthy.

Geez i missed this forum..:p
 
OMG! You're back! YAY! I was missing you, and was getting a bit worried! I'm glad it was just that your husband was rewiring and things like that.

I'm glad you maintained eating healthy. I haven't lost anything for all of April :p So it really sucks, I have been exercising but not counting cals and I think I haven't been eating enough. And on the days where I do get enough cals it's from eating crap (and most likely going over on my cals on those days). But I have been exercising 6 days a week. So it's slightly disappointing not seeing results, but ... in time! I'm recounting my cals to make sure I'm getting enough.

Anyways, welcome back! Good luck on getting back on with your exercise!
 
Hiya Risty! dont worry about you not losing anything this month, you will lose it next month! for sure :) Nice to see you again too :) It really sucks not having the internet. eek im so used to this computer i cant live without it anymore :p

Menu for today.
Morning 2 cups special k with berries
Lunch - 1 stuffed cabbage, rice and pork
dinner - baked potato - pork stew
Supper will have - large plate lettuce , cucumbers,tomatos

snacks - apples and oranges
 
Good grief - Bob would be in SO much trouble if he started rewiring anything and I lost my cable connection!!

So glad you're back!
 
Went for a small walk. Took the kids to the park, let them play and did 3 laps around the park.

29 minutes 1.8 miles ..eeh! could have been better, but the park started to get crowded with kids and parents getting ready for their baseball games, kind of blocked my walking trail :cool:

Maybe i will take another late night walk tonite. we shall see. I'm soo happy to get my lazy butt back on my feet. :D Now let the pounds shed again yippee :)
 
Hey, a walk is better than no walk! Good for you for going :) I'm glad you started up again with the exercise :D

I finally broke into the 180s a few days back...although I feel like I'm carrying some extra water weight this week due to hormonal issues! But, I think we can still make our Memorial Day goals...that's 24 days to lost about 9 pounds each. What do you think?

Hi Jen nice to see you again, and wtg on getting into the 180's!I'm still fluctuating between 188 and 190.6 .Total of 1 lb this month, not good but a pound is still a pound :cool: . I dont think i can lose 9 lbs in 24 days :eek: but i am definietely going to try my best ;) Even to be at 185 by memorial day i think i'd be more than happy. Good luck to us!
 
Hey Jo! I'm sure you'll be able to do it if you're really really watching your cal's and what you eat and work your butt off with exercise! I know that doesn't sound so fun, but if you do that, you'll be so happy with that accomplishment!
