I hate not having a scale - Just thought I'd share that with you - WHAT was I thinking???

It's ok Deb :) Now i am guessing you weighed yourself :p well weigh in is tomorrow morning and i have a feeling the scale isnt going to go down. I havn't exercised in a few days, and well i had another 2 pieces of pizza :eek:

Tomorrow is a new day, going to cut back on calories by at least 500. As long as the scale does not go up, I'll be happy.
I am going to work my butt off starting tomorrow.. I have been slacking off with walking. I noticed when i did 1 hour a day, i saw the number going down on my scale. This week was ok just didnt try hard enough.We'll see what the scalehas to show tomorrow.
 
My walk this evening.

2.39 mil - 37 minutes - 237 calories burned

I did good today foodwise,

morning i had a lowfat yogurt (strawberry activia) 110 cal.

lunch around 15 wheat thins (harvest 5 grain) with some cheese 200 cal

dinner - baked potato lightly sprinkled with salt, porkchop with homemade gravy, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tablspoon grated beets. 350 cal

supper - breaded fish fried on light butter, 2 tbs tartarsauce 70cal , 1 slice bread 60 cal. calories unsure on fish

It looks like you are doing really well. Exercising, good diet...you must know the results will follow.

yes i did i only lost a few ounces lol :D I will do better this week..i gained 2 lbs last week so had to work on that, but i'm back down even with a few ounces I'm happy with it lol

My mother N law makes the best taco dip I was going to make it in a lowfat way and just have to find healthier tortillias and it won't be too bad! Your doing great 2lbs is better than 6 which I managed to do :rolleyes: better week ahead tho...Have a nice day Tammy
 
hello, just stoppin in to say high... i had a splurgy weekend as you may already know, but since the rest of the week was on track, i still had a loss. fill up on veggies!!
 
I think a lot of us had a splurgy weekend, I know I did for sure! Thankfully I stayed the same weight and not gained any. Congrats for you losing a few ounces, that's great :D

It certainly sounds as if you've been busy. Home improvement stuff is so much work, but I find it's always very satisfying.

I think we should set our 180 goals. Shall we say by Memorial Day? That's more than six weeks...let me know.

Memorial day sounds great! Geez how i'd love to be 180 by then! we can do it :)

I asked you what colors you liked, and i dont remember if i wrote that in your diary or mine, i can't find it :confused: I can start working on something for you, because i know you WILL reach 180! :) and with the amount of time i have now i should start beading! well i do wire work, so it requires some extra work into the piece.

Yes the remodeling now has been tough, too much work. While my husband is at work, i try to get as much work as i can.
 
Good luck with all the remodeling! I don't know how good I'd be at that kinda thing... I definately wouldn't wanna do it alone, lol.
 
Hey girl, so is the painting done now?

Wow..no! lol but soon, i will take new pictures of the kids rooms tomorrow. My daughter Nicole's room is DONE finally! and my son Brian's too! I painted their bathroom, but decided the yellow was way too bright, so repainting it again. They will have a rubber ducky theme :D . The laundry room is almost done, but still have master bed and master bath to paint. Railings for the stairs go up this weekend. i cannot wait! carpeting in 2 weeks.
 
Good luck with all the remodeling! I don't know how good I'd be at that kinda thing... I definately wouldn't wanna do it alone, lol.

Painting is actually fun i think..but tiring at the same time.Great workout climbing up and down the ladder from 10am to 9pm

Well, painting I love! I would do that, but anything more than that I wouldn't know what to do, or how to do it.
 
Not on here much, just wanted to add that im keeping up this week, staying withing my calories, no exercise in a few days.

And... drumroll please... Today i stepped on the scale..and weighed in at 189.6! ooomg!!! I did it 180's here i am!:D so exciting..

And..I made my tuna today..ohh soo good. Its posted in the recipe section, you all have to try it! I eat it with wheat thins (harvest 5 grain) MMMmmm.
