hey baby sorry . but good news weighed myself at 224.5 so lost like 4.5 pounds since last tme. stopped working out so lost some muscle from what i assure u is an adonis like physique...but naaaaaaaaaaah.
but stuck with diet all this time and its coming off. i will try to be more active. namiste and good luck (if u watch Lost - that's what dharma guy says!)
Actually I really like Lost - but I haven't been up with the latest series - NZ is always soooo behind. I kinda like to watch a lot of them all in a row... like chocolate - except guilt free! lol
Good on you with your weight loss and sticking to your diet - fantastic results!

well im back and fatter than ever. gained it all back and then some. went off the deep end with the drink and then the food. but i am in good spirits and healthy. i am back on the wagon and ready to lose the weight again and then stick to it. but its a day at a time and i am going to weigh in tomorrow morning. it wont be pretty around 250lbs.
I need a meal plan - i had one when i lost the weight before so i am going to start. in fact, i am going to start right now!
- dinner is ready but i will have small amount and that will be it for rest of night
- ride bike some see how much i can do.
key is not to snack later...

Update - day 1. Well just starting out but rode for 290 calories and then walked with girlfriend. she is trying to lose weight too might try to register her. skipped dinner. honestly been eating all day so more like stopped eating then skipped dinner.
I weighed in today in the morning just to see whats up and it was 242 from 252 at night 2 nights before. I think I will just say I was 246. I lost 10 pounds first week last time and was 246 to start so its seems reasonable.
Not really sticking to diet plan 100 percent had a bowl of nachos but rode for 500 calories to sort of cancel it out.
Today - am plan - just walk and shake until 12 like last time and go from there.
(non diet plan - need to hit noon meeting and file those 2 things. have hearing today at 4:15 so dont want to drink or overeat for that)
