Jojo's Diary 😊

If it doesn't make you spiral there's nothing wrong with weighing yourself after a big eating day. I'm sure the scale will be much kinder in a couple of days.

I sometimes weigh myself after a big weekend just to make sure I get right back on track. You will be right again in a few days.

Breakfast : oatmeal with raspberry coulis with coffee and protein shake

Lunch : white rice with some chili on top

Supper : will be some potatoes , sugar free chili dip and some high protein yogurt

some more coffee and a diet Pepsi

Maybe a 100 calorie snack later on !

Did not have a good night sleep so i am too tired to do any type of exercise

I'd say if you aren't very overweight 2 lbs/week is at the high end of healthy. Not a bad thing at all but it requires a deficit of around 1000 kcal/day, which for many people makes it hard to both meet all their nutritional needs and enjoy the process enough to avoid frustration that might lead to binging. If that's not something you struggle with you may well do fine.

This place/site is not for me !

Wish everyone all the best in there journey !

Bye !
