Just a quick drop in as I have got to go back up to work to sort mail (joy!!) that I should have been doing when I had my weight management appointment, then when I was doing my bike ride (yeah!!!!) then now when I am about to do my weights. May as well get all the sweating out of the way in one go.
Blitzed, nothing wrong with a plateau week, it is just your body getting used to the changes, and it helps your weight stabilise, then go down some more
Bronski, I am sooo glad that things are going your way!!!!! All those good vibes, then 2 kg loss on top of that. You must be the happiest panda in the world

And Cannon, 6.2lbs ... wow, that's fab. And I know exactly what you mean about forgetting your hungry .... I forget to go to bed
And finally ..... me! I have lost another 2lbs, so I am feeling chuffed. I was hoping for 3lbs to help with my July 10lb challenge, but considering how blocked up and bloated I feel, 2lbs is great!
