Mrs B, well done on the 2lb loss! Even though you didn't lose the 3 lb you wanted, you've still done fantastic! I'm glad you're pleased with the results; I'm especially pleased, you've worked really hard this week!

Mal, don't think of it as 1.5 lbs since monday but 4.5 for the whole week. Both are still great, and the hard work has paid off.

Cannon, again, well done with your 20 lb total loss! And 6 for the week is amazing! You're flying through this like a... flying thing! Keep it up, dude!

Pinster, well done dude! That's an outstanding loss! Go you!

And just a great big, cuddly, warm WELL DONE to everyone today! And everyone that hasn't posted their stats yet, Good Luck and hope it goes well.

Hey guys...did you all miss me or didn't you even notice..lol!!!

I didn't get on for awhile (a week?) because I was really depressed and upset at myself...but, I weighed in today and I was at 147lbs! 3lbs down from last week. I have been having my TOM and I did start a new med..so, maybe that is why it had gone up? I am just taking it one day at a time and being clean...I feel like a druggie..lol!!! Gotta stay clean and then you stay positive.

Hope all of you are well...I've missed you!

I'm not sure what I was last friday so I'll go with Monday's weigh in at 322
and I weighed in this morning to see 314.5 lbs for a loss of 7.5 lbs:)
 
Hey guys and ladies I changed my scale day to friday and was wonding if I could hang out with yall. promise to leave the moonshine at the door well ummm most of it anyway..............
 
mmmmm moonshine... try it with some strawberries in it - for several days.. gets a veeeeerrrry tasty flavor to it...:) you are always welcome in here :)

maleficent I would never make such a thing being illegal and all; However, If I "had" I would mix it will all kind of things. Being that it has no taste it "might" blend well with just about anything....... Funny when a hillbilly comes into a room the topic seems to change lol.........

My scale red 169 this morning.

I am guessing it is prob water retention as my period ended yesterday. So I aint recording it and just gonna re-weigh next Friday.

*tries not to be glum*

With all that exercising I did.. and water I drank I shouldn't be gaining.. :(
 
Maybe with all the exercising, you've built up some muscle..

Too right Avi, if you've only just finished your TOTM, it is bound to be water weight. And remember, if you are retaining water, and you are drinking tons, you will probably be retaining a lot as well. You just wait until next Friday .... it will all have disappeared *poof* ;)

Avi, don't worry about the gain, like you said, it's been your TOTM as well, so there must be some water retention there. Don't change your ticker; it's not fair to do that. Just weigh again next week, and it will have gone down again. Like magic, it is! *big stupdifying hugs*

I worked out the other day, that I am now offically under 200 lb, at 199 instead! For some reason, that feels less than saying 90kg. Hopefully it'll stay that way.

Are you considering coming over to the Imperial camp!! That would be great because I do not understand kilograms at all (its just me, me, me :D ) and rather than having lost 2 units this week, you would have lost 4.4 units!!!!! Sounds a lot better, don't it ;) :D

I used to go in stone, but ever since I started judo training X many years ago, I've always gone in kilos; it's the competition standard. It's all I know... *wistful dreamy look*

I should really, ideally, go bedward. My stomach is grumbling, and I want some edibles. If I go to bed and sleep, then tummy won't bother me then :eek: Bah, humbug!

*hugs all* I am walking more now.. and doing more crunches.. I am determined for the scale to say wayyyy lower this next week.

My dad was talking to me while I was at the computer, and sending pictures from his phone. So I was looking at pictures of girlfriend, villa and a nasty little animation clip, I might make it my new avatar.

Avi, thanks hun! It's quite exciting being under 200 lbs. I don't know enough about pounds to understand fully what's good, what's OK and what's a no-no, but being in the 100s, even the high hundreds, does feel pretty good. Wonder if it'll stay though...

And go you for walking and crunchying more! It'll make you feel young again :p It's quite nice to go walkies in the early evening, when there's less about and it's a bit cooler. Enjoy them, dude!

Just eaten far too much in one sitting. Missed breakfast, 12pm is too early for lunch in my books... so have a large brunch to keep me going 'til 6/7, or whenever I have tea next. Had tuna burgers (reduced recipe, ie. no bread crumbs) sweetcorn, a touch of salad (oh my goodness, she's eating SALAD!) an apple and a fat free cracker. Totals at around 621 kcals, and my tummy feels like it's popping through my T-shirt!

I walk to work on Sundays and Wednesdays, and walk home from work on Tuesdays and Thursdays... a 35-40 min walk at 7-8 am in the morning.. its refreshing.
