Way to go Blitzed!!!!!!

I think I'm going to cry if I'm not down this week. I'm so anxious for tomorrow morning. It's only 4pm right now. *bites nails* lol
 
Way to go, Blitzed! That's fantastic, only 9 lbs until you reach your goal weight... then you'll won't be needing us anymore :( And I don't take sad faces lightly. I'll miss you if you do leave us.

Miss Kallie, I'm getting a bit nervous too, but at the same time excited. If I've dropped again, then I'll be back in the 80s, which I haven't been for a good year or so. However, there's been nothing special about this week; eating up to and maybe above 1200 kcals a couple of times, done little exercise... Who knows, I may be pleasently surprised, but then again...

Though it would be nice to go to Cyprus knowing I'm down... before I come home to find I'm right back up again :p

Point, if I could have permission to weigh myself when I come home from Cyprus, as I won't be here for two fridays, that would be nice :) That way, I can post an idea of what my weight is inbetween. Though I have a feeling, once I get back from Belgium, I'll be back at my start weight :rolleyes:

Thankyou Miss Kallie, Bronski......I will be staying, as they say loosing weight is one thing but keeping it off is another, besides how could I go when you all are the reason for keeping me on track?:D .
Also I am sure I will have some trouble with my binge habits too.

Oh and I haven't done any exercise in the last 4 weeks besides 2 times 30 mins.....which gave me the excuse to eat more...bad old girl.
 
OK, I'm still here. I want to talk to dad about movingage, but he's still talking to girlfriend on the phone (naughty naughty, it's nearly 3AM where she is)

Glad you won't be going anywhere, Blitzed :) That's me being a happy panda again! And thanks for the well-wishes! Even though I haven't exercised recently, I'm pretty sure there have been points in my life where I've lost weight, only doing judo a couple of times a week.

You're not going to believe this...

My three weighs (always a best of three): 88.0, 88.1, 87.9.

Wondering if maybe the scale demons are just tricking the scales, so they can drag me down again. Chances are, after Cyprus, it will happen, and I'm prepared for that.

But if it is a proper, genuine lossage... another 2 kg is great, considering the lack of exercise.

What a great start to Friday Scale Day :)

Blitzed, 4lbs!!!! Thats great, and so deserved after last week's disappointment. It must have been the salt making you hold onto water. No comfort binging for you today ;)

And Bronsk .... another 2 kgs!!! Thats fab, and you are under 90 now. How exciting :) I am sure that if you are semi-reasonable with your diet and exercise while in Cyprus, you will atleast maintain, if not drop a lb even.

Okay, I weighed in at 12st3lbs .... another 2lbs gone :) I should be like this :D but because of the July 10lb challenge, I wanted 3lbs. I'm not going to make the challenge now, which is a bit of a shame. But I have decided I probably won't go in for the August one if there is one. I was actually disappointed this morning when I weighed .... I lost 2 lbs!!!:eek: That is nearly 4 packs of butter (250g each) .... in a week :eek: I feel chuffed now, but the challenge meant I was hard on myself first thing. Its just not worth it to me. 2lbs is great. Heck, 1lb is great ;)

Good luck to everyone else who is still to weigh. And may we have more results like we have just seen!! ;)
 
*big hugs* Mrs B! Well done, you've done fantastic! Even though the 10 pound challenge wasn't met, you've still done so well, you deserve to be proud of yourself! 2 lbs is also a bag of sugar, *the very sugar you've taken out of your diet!* it can also be... 2 lb's worth of feathers :D Or two fish weighing in at a 1 lb each. The possibilites are endless!

MAL!! I missed you! Well done, a pound's still great! And don't see it as a pound loss from monday to today, see it as the 3.5 loss from last week, which is fantastic!

Whoo hoo! Congrats everyone.

I'm at 264.5 which is about 1.9 from last week, I think. Not much since Monday for me either Mal. That stinks!
 
TGIF Everyone. I jumped on the scale this morning and I'm to 141lbs. That is a 2 lb loss. If this keeps up I may reach my goal by Christmas. Have a great day all.:D

Got on the scale this morning and It looked back up at me 372. I tried in 5 different times to make sure and it still blinks 372. so I went from 379-272 so 7 pounds. wow getting off the cokes and sugar is really helping me. That and yall being here.... thanks

Wow, everyone is doing splendidly!!! :) Sorry I missed you Mal, you were posting while I was .... Congrats on the weight loss, 3.5 lbs in a week is excellent.

Well done on the 2lbs Jodee and Pineola (when its that close, you are allowed to round up ;) ) ... all the best people lose 2 lbs :D

And Hillbillylee, 7 POUNDS!!!! Wow, fantastic work there. The fat is just melting off you :)

Only a few more left to weigh now .... the anticipation is killing me ;)
 
I had to go buy a new scale because my other one was weird. It told me I weighed 165 lbs hahaha. That would give me 150lb loss. I wish eh!

On to the weigh in.....so I don't really know what to think right now. My other scale was probably just off and weird when it told me 315.5 because my I weighed 3 times on my new scale and I got 317.5 2 times and 315.5 once. So I'll have to go with the higher number and I'll change my tickers and start over again. It's only a 2 lb difference, so even going from my start weight, I've still lost 9lbs, which is fine with me.
 
You've got a good, sensible head on your shoulders there Kallie. You obviously haven't put on 2lbs this week, and more than likely you have lost some. All scales weigh differently, it is just the amount you are losing that is important. And as you go along your journey, you will have a nice little voice in your head reminding you when you meet milestones, that actually you have probably lost a few pounds more than it reckons ;)

I don't know, you'd think in this day and age they could invent scales that would all weigh exactly the same :rolleyes:
 
You would think so, but ah that is not the case LOL. I mainly like to trust the doctors scale more than anything I guess. last time I was there (jan) I was 319lbs fully dress with shoes on. Before I started school I was about 308 to 312 and then eating out at lunch became a very bad habit plus we all had this routine of stopping by Tim Hortins ( a donnut a coffee place for all you non canadians lol) and man I put on almost 20lbs over the school year. Yikes.
