Well, technically I lost 1/2 lbs, but I am not counting 1/2 lbs. I am just rounding up so, I stayed the same. I'ts better than gaining! I get another chance on Monday as I joined a challange.

Wow ... everyone is doing so fab. And Pineola, you might not be officially counting the half, but that is still a loss!

I weighed after work today, as I was feeling quite bloated with my IBS this morning, and I was 12st 7lbs, or 175 in the US ... 2lbs off!!!!! I am really pleased, especially after last weekends abominations!!!

I just weighed myself and was very shocked to find I'm at 451. I'm down 14 pounds in 3 weeks despite a vacation. Things are going well.
 
Here is my first FSD weigh in. At 9:15am MST I am 145lbs. This is using my scale. I have decided to use my scale so that there are no conflicting weights. (All scales lie anyways.):p

good job everyone!! i weighed myself and i'm still 134 lbs. at least i didn't gain with all that eating at the seafood restaurant and stuff. i'm going to wait and officially weigh myself on monday. that'll be enough time that has passed between my totm.

congrats on everyone's weight loss!
 
Okay...so, I was debating whether or not to post. I have done everything correctly and added more exercise and everything..and the blasted scale showed me 150 this morning. I was so shocked I almost cried. That is high for me anyway...it's crazy. So, I have a stronger resolve now than ever to get this off. I even went into a LA Weightloss clinic today...and it is just a scam. They were advertising $4 per week to lose all your weight..so, I thought...let's give it a shot...and it turned out to be approx $300+ lump sum...to do what I do now...plus add all of these bars and packaged foods w/colouring..etc. The lady gave my kids 2 bags of 'cheetos' and it stained their faces!!!! I think I will stick to my calorie thing..berries, veggies..etc.

I just want to throw my hands in the air and scream...it's depressing you know? I know you all know...we've all been there and are there...but, why why WHY when you work out and eat well..all whole grains...small enough portions, fruits, veggies, lean meats, fish...ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mrs Bear, well done for the loss! I missed you this morning, and have been wondering all day. Glad it's gone well :)

Pineola, even half pounds count, hun. I'd count a 100g (that's 0.2 lb) loss if it was a loss. You've still done well, you should count it :)

Mal, 4 pounds is fantastic! And overall you've done amazing! Keep it up, girl, you're doing fab!

Cannon, well done to you as well! You're ticker just leapt down the line, great stuff!

Jodee, is that a drop? Your ticker still says you're at 149, so if it's a 4 lb drop, then well done, that's another great score! And congrats on your first FSD weigh in!

Sarah, I'm sorry the scales were unkind. The thing you need to remember is that if you're working out as well, there'll be muscle gain, and muscle weighs more than fat. It was a good show of motivation going to the Weightloss clinic though, even though it turned out to be a bit crappy. I think definitely stick to your calorie counting plan, and if you do want some outside help, you could ask your doctor what he'd recommend as a good amount of exercise and calories. *big hugs*

Great job, everyone! Including you, Sarah. I am sure that Bronski is probably right. You have probably gained some muscle - and you might be retaining some water. Keep working at it and see if you don't show a net loss by the end of July. :)

As for me - down two more pounds to 226! Woo hoo!!! That's 19 total. AND - I will put this in my diary in a longer version - but I had a positive clothing experience today as well! :D

:) Righty ho this is my first post in this club but I do need a set day to do my weigh ins and stuff and I imagine Friday is as good a day as any.

Today I was weighing in at 147.5lbs which is 1lb up from last week. Hopefully I'll make a loss in the coming week though.
 
OK, I'm counting the 1/2 lb. You guys are so easy! Congratulations everyone. Sarah, you are just hitting a plateau. You will start losing again.
