Newmommy different scales will give you slightly different readings. Unless you go and get a calibrated medical scale. So you didn't gain, the scales just aren't getting along. just take the new number and keep going......
 
Hello, Well, kind of depressed. last Friday Friday I weighed 137.6 and today I weigh 138, but I'm not too upset because I lost a percentage of body fat. They say sometimes you have to look at other things besides the scale... I guess their right. Must be all that exercise! Well, see you all next Friday! :)

-3.5lb... Yay!

:eek: Actually i realized that I was wearing more when I weighed myself this morning, hehe. went and weighed myself without clothes like I normally do and even after eating my breakfast of a granola bar and puddingcup, I came in at 137.6. Pequin, great job! you're doing so wonderful!
 
I weighed myself this morning, I'm currently at 251 lbs, which means I'm down 3lbs. :D

last week 151, this week 147, mostly because ive got the flu and haven't left my bed, let alone eat anything
 
Okay...so I am new...can I join in on this FSD thing????? I will be updating my ticker on Friday, January 13th!!! YAY...i CAN'T WAIT
