friday i was actually 267.5, but today ( i have to weigh in for the jan. challenge) i was 269...thinking i'm retaining some water, b/c i ate some freakin' popcorn and junk salt yesterday...anyway...i'm trying....
 
Jm my weight does that alot as well. It's just the nature of the beast, It all averages out.....

This week: 136.8
So like .8 lb loss?
And Body fat percentage dropped to 29.5 %
Well, that works for me! I have a feeling the lbs are gonna come off SLOW since I have so little left to lose. BTW, i'm REALLY missing my old scale right now. I got it out and hopped on it just for kicks and it weighed me at 133.5 *sigh* I wish I wish...

my bad..i've not been here in a while, but between last friday and this friday i've lost 3.5 pounds. that's exciting! mostly because i've finally realized that to be healthy (lose weight) it's about 90% of what you eat the exercise is supplemental...very important..but supplemental...at least in my case.

congrats on losing another 3.5 pounds. :D

I'm eating a lot healthier than I was before, but I'm focusing on exercising, just a little bit more, because I want to be in better phsyical shape as I lose weight.
