'man i havent been on in a while!
Finals are 1/2 way over, but the hard stuff is out of the way.
anyways, im down to 262.5 lbs.
suprising i still lost weight throughout all the stress eating.

-.5lb... Dang - everything I get super close to a goal, it stalls..lol. Think I need to reevaluate my calories at Spark & drink a lot more water.

Or you need to trick your body into thinking that you're not approaching a goal!

I weighed in at 165.5 this morning which I think is the right weight--even though my scale has been lying to me for the past two weeks. So, I'm not even close to being 159 for Christmas---but at least I'm not at 203.5 like last Christmas!
 
Hi :) Could I join FSD please? I was doing really good weighing in only once a week but a couple of weeks ago I hit a plateau and I've been obsessing over it and weighing myself everyday since then. I really want to just weigh in once a day and I think this is the motivation I need to do it. :)

well I'm back on the diet since the holidays are over for me. I'll way in tonight to get a baseline then I'm not expecting a huge change by friday.....

Well i weighed myself and it's at 363. I'm not expecting any change between now and Friday but since I haven't weighed in oh.... 2 months I figured I needed a starting point again.....
 
i have no idea what i weigh right now and i'm almost scared to think about it, but i will - nonetheless - weigh-in tomorrow and let everyone know!

I lost no weight this week (since last weight in on holiday). But its that time of month, ill probably loose double next week.
 
welp...there ya have it. up 3 lbs. to 273. not a shocker though....it's definitely gonna be a new year for me, that's all i've gotta say.
 
Well, if I may, I'm going to complain for a second. I have had the same scale for the duration of my weightloss, it's an analog scale. Well, i got the bright idea to ask for one of thoser fancy digital scales that says water weight and body fat percentage on it for Christmas and what do you, but it reads like 2.5 lbs higher than my analog scale. Well, 2.5 lbs may not seem like a lot, but I only have like 12.5 more lbs left to go, so it is a lot in the scheme of things. Now I'm not sure exactly what to do. I'm depressed that I've "gained" three lbs. But in my head I know that I really didn't. Argh... oh well. So according to my analog scale I'm 135, but according to my digital scale I'm 137.6 So I'm going to adjust my ticker to the new scale. The starting weight, current weight and weight lost. So... weighed in today... "gained" 2.6 lbs but technically LOST 2 lbs and I sit at 137.6. *sigh* :p

JM- 3lb over the holidays isn't too bad! Just up and on the wagon again. You can do it!!!
NM- That's the pits, with so little to lose that much be frustrating. But don't feel too down, it's not like it's an actual gain. Yay on the fancy new scale! ;)

Somethings wrong, I can't get my ticker to change. It says I have too many lines but I don't have any more lines than before... :(
