I eat well during the day but overeat at dinner time.  I’m cutting my dinner portions in half and eating it for lunch the next day.  Down 4 lbs from Monday, but don’t want to get too excited about it.
My biggest obstacle is that I eat for comfort and I’m easily derailed with life issues.  “Oh look it’s snowing out again, time for a large pizza.”
