Well, my teacher is not in yet so i decided to write my nutrition and workout for yesterday before i forget..lol..I know i will forget with all the calculus work that I'm about to learn now...lol
Workout:
60 min walk
15 min walking the dog
Nutrition:
BREAKFAST:
Whole Wheat bread with butter(didnt read your post until after I ate it, Sheryl...lol)
Cereal with 2% milk
Lunch:
Whole Wheat bread with turkey ham, mozorella chees (part skim milk), and 1 tbps of mayo
Dinner:
2 Soft tacos(I GAVE IN TO TEMPTATION!!!..lol...I'm back on track today, though.)
I'll be back tonight to write my nutrition for today..HOPEFULLY I can fit some type of workout today..My sister is working so I'm stuck babysitting four kids with my brother in law...lol

I stopped eating at her house though and now H can't really call me gordita anymore LOL. The exercise you've been doing sounds like a great start. Will you be adding weights (any access to a gym or some equipment)?
