Well, my name is Jorge and it’s about time that I lose weight. I have always been active and a strong guy but I have always been fat for some reason. My whole life I have played sports of all sorts, it really intensified during high school when I was on the wrestling team. I wrestled for four years and always did extreme exercises. I would start out at 280 pounds and reduce to 230 during the season. I have NEVER dieted until now..... After high school ended I picked up some bad habits like smoking and drinking =( but still at that time I "long board" (same thing as skateboarding but on a really long board lol) a lot (bout 6-8 hours daily). Recently I had a epiphany and I really want to lose weight and well frankly get "HOT", The last time I weighed myself was at the doctor at 320 lbs (I’m 5' 8'') and I have been exercising for 2 weeks now by doing 30-45 min of cardio a day and reducing my calorie intake from about 5,500-6,000 cal. to roughly 2,000-3,000 cal. I haven’t weighed myself since the doctor cause it is to degrading to go to Publix and see the pin go around the scale once and double back to the beginning and me standing there trying to make sense of how to add the "mystery" pounds in the white section between 300 and 0 =(. Anyways I will be posting my before pics here and giving updates as I go along. Any encouraging or Moral support you guys can give me will be great (btw my inspiration is a poster here and his screen name is Beatlesboy he was almost the exact same as me when he started)
. BTW its funny but i feel like everything against me in my diet so far lmfao i get a email from Marlboro for a free carton of cigs. (if i smoke i get saggy skin and i cant do my cardio), if thats not bad enough i got that freaking guy that sikd me the meat (it wasssss so cheap so i asked my self "what woul jesus do" and bought them), and finally this is the big one, TACO BELL PUT GORDITAS ON SALE FOR $0.89, I mean cmon are you serious. anyways im going to get back on track 2morrow. One more thing, ido people still do cardio on there "cheat" day cause i only do exercise 6 times a weak. (i hope im not super cheating lol)
