Well, my name is Jorge and it’s about time that I lose weight. I have always been active and a strong guy but I have always been fat for some reason. My whole life I have played sports of all sorts, it really intensified during high school when I was on the wrestling team. I wrestled for four years and always did extreme exercises. I would start out at 280 pounds and reduce to 230 during the season. I have NEVER dieted until now..... After high school ended I picked up some bad habits like smoking and drinking =( but still at that time I "long board" (same thing as skateboarding but on a really long board lol) a lot (bout 6-8 hours daily). Recently I had a epiphany and I really want to lose weight and well frankly get "HOT", The last time I weighed myself was at the doctor at 320 lbs (I’m 5' 8'') and I have been exercising for 2 weeks now by doing 30-45 min of cardio a day and reducing my calorie intake from about 5,500-6,000 cal. to roughly 2,000-3,000 cal. I haven’t weighed myself since the doctor cause it is to degrading to go to Publix and see the pin go around the scale once and double back to the beginning and me standing there trying to make sense of how to add the "mystery" pounds in the white section between 300 and 0 =(. Anyways I will be posting my before pics here and giving updates as I go along. Any encouraging or Moral support you guys can give me will be great (btw my inspiration is a poster here and his screen name is Beatlesboy he was almost the exact same as me when he started)

WoW........ I feel terrible, woke up today in the morning doing my diet or w/e and out of nowere a freaking curve ball some guy shows up at my house selling top cuts of meat for a very premium price. So...... i bought them and now i have 10 lbs of steak in my freezer but thats not the worst of it. I ate 2 sirloin burgers on white bread!!!! each bread roll is 200 cal. and each burger was 590 cal. so that is 1580 calories i ate in one sitting!!!! this is my "cheat" day or w/e but still i might have eaten like 2500 calories today :banghead:. BTW its funny but i feel like everything against me in my diet so far lmfao i get a email from Marlboro for a free carton of cigs. (if i smoke i get saggy skin and i cant do my cardio), if thats not bad enough i got that freaking guy that sikd me the meat (it wasssss so cheap so i asked my self "what woul jesus do" and bought them), and finally this is the big one, TACO BELL PUT GORDITAS ON SALE FOR $0.89, I mean cmon are you serious. anyways im going to get back on track 2morrow. One more thing, ido people still do cardio on there "cheat" day cause i only do exercise 6 times a weak. (i hope im not super cheating lol)
 
Soo ya my weekend was a faliure more or less. i kept my cal intake less than 2500 but i ate alot of fatty foods like steak burgers fried plantains a lot of bad things (and a slice of cheese cake O=) i did continue with my exercise though. man i have to wonder i dont see or feel any changes and i dont have a scale that can accurately calculate my wait so again i say i wonder if what i am doing has any affect at all (in the back of my head i know it does) but ijust dont see or feel results yet aand its the start of the 3rd week.
 
Been a whike since i posted, I have a lot of HW to do and i also have work lol, well Im a little discouraged i weighed myself today and i seem only to hae lost 5lbs in 3 weeks,I HAVE been watching what i eat a lot more and reduce my cal. intake and exercise 6/7 days a week for 45 min and all i hae lost is 5lbs, ARE YOU SERIOUS. I should hae lost more than 5lbs in water weight alone. Im not saying sometimes i dont sneak in a burger or a piece of pie but i still donteat nearly as much as i was and exercise has increased 100% so why such the small weight loss, also i dunno if anyonehashad this problem but when i run my bones hurt like hell. the bone going from my hip to my knee hurts and the one from me knee to my foot as well. If anyone knows anything about this i would be more than glad to read all responses. One more thing, if anyone can recommend a cheap diet that keeps the cal take under 2500 (diet with high protein for men preferably) please post it here. I was doing the P90x diet but i can no longer afford it at all. Thanks for your time in reading this =)
 
ya I had a bad week this past week. i didnt exercse for 2 days and i ate what i wanted for those 2 days, seeing very few results and the main reason i even wanted to start to begin loseing weight was so i could go to the gym and work out with weights and its seems funny but i never have money and i dont spend money on shit lol, for christ sakes i burned my debit card up lmfao anyways im gonna try to continue through this shit and get er done
 
Going to stop posting for now. Not getting any feedback so im gonna see if there is a more active website available:seeya:
