alright, I'm gonna try a new plan...

1. I want to keep my processed sugar and flour to a minimum.
2. I want to keep my calories under 2,000 (1300 to 1700 is the goal)
3. I want to get my nutrients in.
4. I want to exercise 90 minutes per week.
5. I want to be hydrated.
6. I dont want to lose my support here at the weight loss forum...
I have no idea how to keep track of my calories all day.... without being glued to fitday. Dont they have some kind of pocket fitday?
advice anyone?

That 12grain bread is awesome--that's what I eat--full of good stuff and loaded with fiber.
