I forgot to add this earlier, but when I was with my friend and her son earlier, Elijah wanted me to hold him while we jumped on the trampoline, and while we were jumping, Dominica says- ya know- he weighs 35 lbs... thats about what you've lost... sooo, I realized that having lost a four year old child makes me very happy but it also really put inot perspective what 35(in my case 34) lbs weighs... When I get rid of the rest of it, I'll have lost my couch, lol... we'll see bout that, but seriously, That made my day...lol. Anyways, bye for now!

Ok so I slacked pretty bad yesterday... Started out great(don't they all lol) and then after work I went and did my healthy shopping, and came home, decided to eat a bit before I went and worked out- well, I ate a whole buncha pita chips, and then a whole buncha low cal pringles :( and then I fell asleep, lol.. I woke up at about four am, yeah, not going to the gym at four am, so I didn't go yesterday.. Feel bad, and honestly not to bad about not working out, cuz I burned more calories thru exercise this week than I was spose to, so even tho I coulda burned MORE, I still did awesome. The eating thing really makes me feel guilty tho, cuz I hardly ever binge like that, and yeah, its only a momentary slip, but after ya do it, you go, why the hell did I just eat all that?!
Work tongiht at the gym, so I'm definately gonna jump on the elliptical or treadmill for a little while, just to make up for last night :D

Preachin' to the choir here babe! I so know how that feels.In fact i did it today too :( And it's really strange because afterwards, you just really have no idea where it comes from or why you did it, but there it was and there you went.

Oh well, as I have just read in a fantastic book that has re-inspired me in my journey; the author says "You just gotta get up, dust the crumbs off your face and keep on going"

feeling lots better, my food was good today, but it kinda sucked cuz I worked till 7am at the gym, got four hours of sleep before I hadta get ready to work at the pool hall, and then worked 1pm till 11:30pm... loong day dealing with crappy teenagers..grr...
anyways, workout tonight- didn't do weights!! totally shoulda, just was soo exhausted I only did my 45min of cardio, 2.31 miles, and 619 calories. And I didn't even realize it, but I got done and was talkin to my coworker, and I went to scratch my neck, and my shirt was SOAKED. Like, all the way down to my boobs!! First time I have ever sweat that much, I was sooo grossed out, lol, even tho I've seen other people sweat more :rolleyes:
I know this is super short, but I'm gonna hit the hay, get some shut eye, yada yada. have a great day everyone :D
 
Jess, you ate better, got in cardio and worked your butt off! Great job! :D Hope you got at least a little sleep! :D

Ohhhh goodness... today was a day, lol. Went to Dos Machos, a nummy mexican restaraunt, had a chicken fajita salad and a piece of mud pie, oops, lol... It was technically a little bit of a cheat day, so no biggie. Later on went to RedLobster with another friend and had shrimp cocktail and clam strips, mmmmm. clam strips are fried, so that wasn't all that great, and it kinda made me sick later on, so ya, probably won't do that to often :) afterwards went to the mall, did some shopping, then decided to go play pool, which I never do anymore since I work at the poolhall, lol, but it was fun, a couple of my friends Jeffrey and Zeth came by and played, we kicked some butt, they kicked some butt, all in all I don't think I did to bad for not playing very often :rolleyes:
So tonight at the gym, this guy who I looovvvve(he does one arm pull ups and man oh man, if there is a female in that gym while hes there, they will be watching, and most of the men too,,lol) and has the body of a GREEK GOD(!) offered to do "cardio" with me, hehe, lame, yeah, cuz I talk to the guy everday, but at the same time, I was like, ohhh yeah, hot guy semi-hitting on me, who cares if hes joking- it made me feel damn good :D another 40lbs, maybe I'll take him up on the offer, lol... ( I just don't think greek gods take reformed fat girls :D )
alright, so workout tonight- wasn't feelin well, so I figured I'd do some legs and decide if I wanted to cardio afterwards...
130 crunches
Leg extensions- 3 sets of 15, 30lbs
seated leg presses- 3 sets of 15, 195lbs
seated leg curls- 3sets of 15, 60lbs
rotary calf- 3sets of 20, 110lbs
and then ended up doing 25min, 1.48miles, 360 cals on elliptical- tho I gotta say I don't think I'll do leg exercises before cardio ever again, lol, holy hunnies, that kicked my butt! I wanted to quit after seven minutes :)

Soooooo gonna sleep, I'll get to some journals tomorrow(sorry guys!) and everyone have a great day!!!!

and holy! 130 crunches?!?! you go girl! I did 20 and I was ready to die.
