Hey - I read somewhere that a person will lose more weight all other things equal if they get 8+ hours of sleep a night. So there you go! Sleep away! You are really doing great!!

8 hours of sleep? Whats that??????????????? No wonder I'm not loosing it as fast. I might have to tell my boss I cant come in untill 7, lol.

Hey Jess! Great job putting the Chicken bowl down. I'm with some of the other gals, I will eat those things until I pick up the last piece of rice with my chop stick. lol Way to make a change! Good for you.

lol... yeah, right... eight hours?? I haven't had eight hours in a long time, lol.. Not on purpose, just generally can't sleep past five or six, and with three jobs, its just not in the works for me :rolleyes:
 
Todays food pretty much sucked, lol... Not completely, but ya know:
2cheeto packs 200
fruit 80
veggies with a laughing cow wedge 175
smart ones chocolate cake 150
(heres my bad for the day) 2Hersheys bars...Story: I worked till 5:15 at GNC, and had to go home and change for work at Breakers at 6, so I forgot to pack myself a supper basically- and the only thing I had to eat was candy and chips and pop!! grrr. so I had two hershey bars and a stick of jalapeno and cheddar jerky... bad bad bad...

Carrots, celery, grape tomatoes with some salad spray (yum:) )
After workout- had a cottage cheese double with strawberry- which I hafta say I have NEVER tried! My friends all freaked out cuz they've been eating cottage cheese and fruit since they were kids, but not me, never tried it, and it was YUMMY! 130 cals, some protein and that good stuff :)

workout:
elliptical- 25min 1.5miles 340cals was gonna do another 25 after weights, but I kinda ran outta time, oops, will hafta do some cardio while I'm working tomorrow and Saturday..
Crunches: 110 on 50lbs
Seated rows: 3sets of 15 on 30lbs
Back extensions: 3sets of 15 on 90lbs, 1 set of 15 on 70lbs
Arm extensions: 3sets of 20 on 30lbs
10 Captains Chair leg lifts- which were really knee lifts, can't quite do leg lifts yet, lol...


will be busy at work till probably Sunday, so I'll seeya'll later :D

You worked out a lot yesterday so I wouldn't worry too much about your "dinner". Just don't do it too often, huh? LOL

I wonder if I would like these, I love cottage cheese but I've never tried it with fruit!!!!!!! I always eat it with season salt on top and a pickle. LOL. I'll have to try this though!

Oh I LOVE cottage cheese with fruit in it! I like putting pineapples in it best, but pineapples have so much sugar in them, its a rare treat. Blueberries and/or raspberries are good too. Berries in general I would think. Sometimes I like to keep it simple with just a bit of pepper too. The great thing about cottage cheese is that you can do so much with it :)
 
Hey! Most of your food is looking good and your exercise is great! I used to eat cottage cheese when I was little but never with fruit. I started that recently and it is pretty good. I really need to get some more, come to think of it. Hubby bought fat free (yuck) last time instead of low fat.

Kate ~ the salad sprays are new. They are 1 calorie per spray. They should be in the aisle with the dressing. I think they are kind of like vinagrettes or something. I don't really like dressing but I am thinking about trying these.

I have some of those cottage cheese doubles in my frig for hubby, but I have never had cottage cheese, so It looks gross to me. I saw the salad sprays but I would think that I would have to use a lot on a salad to get the taste, so why not buy the bottle you pour? I dont get it.

lol... well the spray is actually verrry flavorful(descriptive, lol) and I like it cuz if I have veggies I can just spray them as opposed to puring stuff...cuz yeah, I eat alot more of it if its poured... lol

Sooo I just hadta come on and tell everyone that I weighed myself at GNC (on eht annoying scale that talks when ya walk by :rolleyes: ) and I'm down another 2 lbs :) which makes me verrry happy cuz it hasn't moved in a while, so thats great news :) I'm still freakishly large, lol, but I've now lost 34 lbs from the fattest I've been, which just makes me wanna cry *sniff*... yay..
