yo yo yo girl whats up!!! I've been drinkin water pretty good, does the water in my beer count? how about the "water" in my bull blasters? lol prob not huh he he call me girl :)
 
Blah!! This weekend was soooo long.. I'm glad the week is back, but at the same time, not, because I've decided I absolutely hate working at the pool hall. After doing it for two years, and listening to a bunch of crapheads whine about not having a straight cue, or having to yell at them for sitting on the tables, or twirling the cues, I could SERIOUSLY scream at them all and be ok with it :)

Was very happy when I walked into 24Hour Fitness on Saturday night tho. I work with this guy who is the #1 golfer in Montana(wish I had a damn title), and man ohhh man, hes beautiful...engaged to a hootchie in my opinion, but thtas besides the point :rolleyes: anyways, he goes, oh my god, Jessie, you've lost lots of weight! lol, I suck at compliments, so I'm like , uh, yeah, um, thanks... lol. I do like hearing it tho, that people have noticed a difference. Its definately encouraging, because you don't want to stop that, you want to keep getting fantastic comments from people!

OOOOkkk, so its bout 1:20am, got off work at 11 pm, went to Wally World and did my semiweekly healthy shopping, ate some soup, and now I'm getting ready to go to workout. I'm a bit tired, so my cardio might not be as long as usual, but then again, there could be something good on tv, and I'll wanna keep going, which I don't mind :)
Gotta do arms tonight. Bleh, my arm fat grosses me out. I feel bad for the people that are subjected to seeing it :D
 
Not that this is a big deal, but my avatar is a pic of me and PrincessMylissa~ I'm the one with big curly hair, lol. Its actually a really cute pic, ya just can't tell cuz its sooooo small...anyways, I'm off :)
 
ok, so I'm back to update on my workout for today:

eliptical: 45minutes, 2.74 miles, and 626 calories
chest press: 3sets of 15, on 45 lbs
rotary upper back: 3sets of 15 on 40lbs
Seated row: 3sets of 10 on 45lbs
arm extensions: 3sets of 15 on 30lbs
crunches: 100

Oh my hunnies- the rotary uppers hurt!! lol, not a bad hurt, but wow, my back is feelin it. So I think I got in a good wokrout, I can hardly type, so thats gotta mean somethin good, right? :) Now I'm having alittle snack, strawberry jello(10 cals) with a dollop of whip cream(15 cals). who woulda thought something so tasty could be so harmless?! (No sugars, either :) )
 
Ya'll both are pretty :D You are doing good and keep it up. Stop being so hard on yourself. You do so much all in one day..You even get your workout done. I would have made an excuse not to :p Well, Have a great day and enjoy them compliments. Drink your WATER
 
Hey Jess!! Gee.. I'm tired just looking at your workout! lol.. I'm like you.. I really dont know what to say when someone compliments on me either! I usually say thanks... and that's it.. sometimes i will get a I dont think I have in there.. but then sometimes other ppl can tell before I can! Hope you have a great day today!

I totally agree! Ya can hardly wave at someone, but man, that feeling is soooo terrific, you just KNOW you did something to get that feeling. You actually worked for it. Makes ya understand why people work out so much. :)
 
Hey everyone- so food today wasn't so bad, I had:
some baked lays- 120
lean cuisine pizza- 350
some salad with a little blue cheese
hamburger

Went bowling tonight with a coupla friends, haven't done that in a while :) After that, went and shot some pool, which even tho I work at a damn pool hall, I don't get to do very often. All in all, a good night, gonna try to do that once a week, just to relieve stress, ya know, that good stuff :D
Just got back from my workout, watchin part of Crash while I do this, oh my holy hunnies- its a frickin amazing movie!!!

Workout:
eliptical- 2.11 miles 510 calories 35 minutes
chest press- 3sets of 15 45lbs
lateral raise- 3 sets of 10 30lbs
shoulder press- 3 sets of 10 30lbs

The shoulder presses were different, I've never done those before, the first set was pretty easy, and I'm thinking, maybe I should push the weight up, but I decide not to, and the middle of the second set, my shoulders were screaming!! crazy...
anyways, that was all, and now I gotta sleep, so I'll seeya guys tomorrow! :)
 
Wow you are doing so great. It must be really nice to get suck a great compliment. I am amazed at how you have the energy to do all that you do. They way you get your exercise in after all the work that you do. Wow it really is impressive.

What time to you go to the gym usually - just cuz in another thread you said it was 1 in the morning and you hadnt made it to the gym yet...?
 
Lindsz- I have three jobs, and one of them I work at until 11 or 12 at night, so its usually about 12- and in this case, I'm just getting ready to go and its almost 2am..lol...
 
So today, my food was good, but it was acrappy day... my 17yo sister called me bawling..her best friend died in a car wreck today, his dad was with him, and its looking like hes gonna have both of his legs amputated... I didn't know the kid very well, but I knew he was a good kid.. and I started bawling! Even before she called me, I was feeling a little anxious all day, and in the middle of work at GNC I actually started to tear up cuz I just had this random thought about my mom, which still, after two years, makes me cry. I don't know what the deal is, but I just felt aweful about everything.... rarely happens to me. I'm feelin ok now, but its just weird, ya know? I've been dragging my feet on going to the gym, but I want to go, I need to work out some stress, sweat a ton, and just get this negative crappy attitude gone. I can't do anything for my mom or for Tyler, but I can still do something for myself, and at least try to help my lil sister...
anyways, off to the gym :)
 
Wow eh, I used to do that last year, go around midnight, because I was embarrassed to go to the gym when there was a lot of people. Now I really don't care...but before I was just too uncomfortable. After a while though, I didn't really care. 3 jobs, and you still find time to work out? You are an inspiration man, good job :)
 
On a different note, however, you guys should totally download the song Filthy, Gorgeous by Scissor SIsters...weirdest song I've ever heard, but holy hunnies, definately gets ya moving in your workouts lol

I like going late at night cuz ya just have more options... I'm not really embarrassed to go during the day cuz I work there to, so I know most of the customers, I just have like I say, more choices and more time at night :)
 
So, my workout was pretty ok tonight... My legs hurt from last nights cardio cuz I really pushed it on the higher levels, so I was only gonna do 25minutes. I started watching The Transporter however, and couldn't quit! lol... so I kept going, and ended up doing 45 minutes, and burned 630 calories, 2.78 miles. Didn't do any weights tho, so tomorrow I'm gonna get a bunch in.

had a pria protein shake after the workout, 170 cals.
Total had 1400 cals today, which isn't aweful, but I grilled some chicken tonight and had some potatoes... bad! oh well, I burned those off at least :)
