Crossramp(decided to try more than one thing of cardio

Chest Press~ 3sets of 15, 45lbs
ShoulderPress~ 3sets of 15, 30lbs- STILL wanted to cry doing these, lol
Treadmill as a cooldown~ 6minutes .3miles, 35cals.
*Decided that I hate the treadmill... it feels like I'm doing all this work and burning next to nothing!! *
Pretty good workout considering I missed last night, but I think Paula was right- my body wanted to sleep, and said, SCREW YOU JESSIE!! there will be no cardio for you...
Ok. I'll take a night off now and then.. but I think while I'm working Friday and Saturday night I'll hop on the eliptical and go slow(so my uniform doesn't get rank) and just to burn a few more cals
