Ok, didn't do super well on food today, had some chicken strips and a few fries at 4Bs...

but, I didn't do completely aweful either...

So got to the gym tonight, weighed myself... up 3 lbs!!!! Grrrr... I think its just water retention, I've felt a little, ya know, bloaty, (probably do to my overdose of alcohol on Friday

) but I will be really workin it at the gym this week now!!!
Workout:
45mins, 2.87miles, 597 calories on elliptical
110 crunches
10 captains chair- I'm trying to work my way up on these.. but seem to get stuck at about 10 lol
chest press: 3sets of 15, 45lbs
seated row: 3sets of 15, 45lbs
rotary lat: 1set of 20, 50lbs.. 1set of 15, 70lbs.. 1set of 15, 60lbs
shoulder press: 3sets of 15, 20lbs(yes, I was doing 30lbs, but those killed my shoulders, so I'm gonna go with 20for a bit

)
rear deltoids(never done these before

) : 3sets of 10 45 lbs
Pectoral fly: 3sets of 10 45lbs
Pretty good workout, didn't quite burn as many cals on elliptical as usual, but I think thats cuz I took those two days off at the gym, so I just gotta get back into it
