Awww... how sweet that you thought of me! :D Here's the scary thing. All I was doing was WALKING! Yep, just walking. Slipped, fell and broke my stupid leg! It sucks, let me tell ya. I'm soooo ready to be back to normal. (Well, as normal as I can be.) I wouldn't want you to do anything to your leg either, because I don't think I would wish this on anyone. Take care of yourself, and have a good weekend. :D
 
Hi there, hope you had a good weekend and are not to tired from all those long hours. The hip thing use to happen to me as well. Then afterwards when I got pregnant is when it caused real problems so I went and saw a chiropractor and he said my hips were out of alignment and locked up. He fixed the problem with a couple of session, very worth it. Hope you had a happy easter with out to many temptations. Keep up your good work.

Sad thing is- both the boys that "complimented" me are gay...lol... so their opinion is probably more truthful than most peoples I'm assuming :)

So I decided to go home for Easter- I'm in Baker,MT (woohoo- 1200 people) and it was a four hour drive, which I made right after I got off work at 7am, so yeah, it was a longgggg one...
Anyways- didn't eat good at alllll today. Very bad, actually. Tomorrow will be better, unfortunately there won't be any gym time until Tuesday night, when I get back home, so I'm just gonna walk my family's two ginormous dogs- one is a german shepherd/lab mix, and the other is a 170 lb malamute, so that should be a damn good workout :D

Hi Jess! Compliments from gay men are the best, because many of them tend to be more honest. I remember having some gay men flirt with me a while back when I was in pretty good shape. It felt pretty good actually, since they would tell me how beautiful I was. They didn't do that with just any girl at work. They also hit on my boyfriend too, which was amusing! lol

Hope you are having a good week. Tear that gym up on Tuesday! hehe

Well You could accidentily let them off the lease then spend the rest of the afternoon chaseing them down. Bet that would be a good workout. ;)

Hey everyone...didn't make it to the gym tonight...go figure. I worked and I'm sooo tired, I just need to sleep!! My trip home today sucked- it was snowing and blizzarding and the wind was blowing so hard that my hands hurt from clenching the steering wheel... so yup. No workout tonight. Noooootttttt cooooollll...
Will hafta double tomorrows workout, and my food sucked today. Won't even tell ya all what it was, lol....... :D Alrighty, will letcha all know what I do tomorrow!!
 
Mornin' Jess! Hope you get in your next workout - I wouldn't have gone to the gym either in those conditions. Its safer that way.

Ooookkkiee dokie- today was a lot better than yesterday :)
overall calories was about 1480... not terrific, but I had a bit of a breakdown and had some chocolate. I don't know what the deal is! I just get a craving now and then and can't help it...

Bad news tho- I tihnk I sprained my ankle or something... its fine most the time, but occasionally it reallllly hurts! God, full of complaints today...
*sigh* anyways, workout:
1.78 miles 403 calories 30 minutes on the eliptical
seated rows- 3 sets of 15 at 30lbs(what a weanie weight, lol)
100 crunches.

Tomorrow may not be as good for cardio, cuz of my ankle, but will definately get some good weights in :)

heres to a chocolate free tomorrow....

Unfortunately, theres only one prospect, and I'm not sure that I wanna have sex with him...hmmm... lol. He is getting a motorcycle, so we'll see how hot he looks on it :D

It is actually feeling a lot better today, still a twinge of pain now and then, but not to major...but yeah, when it was hurting real bad thats what I was thinkin of!! Grrr, cracked ankle!! that would bite...
 
Food was pretty ok today, calories equaled out to about what I needed being that I hafta stay up late cuz todays gonna be my long day (4-10 at GNC, 11-7am at 24 HR Fitness) so I haven't been to bed yet, and I'm gonna make this a bit short. But TRUST ME!! My food was good, and oh, I finally cooked something!!! :D I grilled a chicken breast on the gf grill, oh holy hunnies, it was amazing, I put some lemon pepper seasoning on it, mmm.... To most of you guys, that soudns uber easy, but I could burn water, so the chicken was a huge win for me :rolleyes:

Exercise: It was another one of those nights where I didn't want to go!!! Absolutely didn't want to put on a damn sports bra, go to the gym, none of it. I even tried to talk myself out of it. Jess- its ok, do some home exercises... Yeah! right. While I do a little bit of my home exercises, I don't do anywhere near as much as I should be doing, so after about 2 hours of saying, its ok, missin one day won't hurt... I got my big bootay up and went. Because honestly- I've already missed enuf days, one more woulda been that much worse. The weird thing is- I LIKE working out, its a great stress reliever, I feel hot when I do it, and I can watch cable cuz I don't have it at home :D (I watched Mickey Blue Eyes, in case anyones interested ;) )

1.96 miles 465calories and 35 minutes on the eliptical
hip abductors- 3sets of 15, on 60lbs
hip adductors- 3sets of 15, on 60lbs
rotary calf- 3sets of 25, on 90lbs
hamtractor(who comes up with these names, seriously) 3sets of 15, on 105lbs
leg extensions- 4sets of 10, 45lbs (weak, very weak!!)
seated leg press- 3sets of 10, on 155lbs

all in all, great workout. Now, I'm gonna go to sleep ooooh lovely sleep, and in case I don't make it on here to check everyone elses diary- have a great weekend, and I'll miss you *muah*!! :D
 
You're too funny! Way to get your cooking on! I have a hard time cooking too. Thank goodness for preseasoned meats from costco. I love my GF grill too. Makes it really easy to cook stuff. I grilled up some shrimp on it the other day. Yum!

Way to get that exercise! I have to talk myself into it too sometimes, but I agree, I'm always so happy afterwards! Good job.
