so, yeah, hardly ever am i able to get on this early, usually working, and if not, I take a nap between jobs lol...
anyways, `I'll update a bit:
breakfast- Eggs, a laughing cow wedge and a bit of salsa- 150
lunch- was gonna have a lc chicken club panini, but uh, I accidentally dropped half on the floor, so I had half a sandwich- 160, and lots of veggies with lc cheese- 175. I actually think I'm gonna start doing that more often- eat half the sandwich, put the other half away for the next day or whatever, and just eat veggies with it. I felt like I got a lot more food, and all the veggies and the 1/2sandwich only equalled a little more than the sandwich woulda by itself. so, yay
