I did the treadmill for 40 minutes last night. My food intake was good yesterday.
I need to get something for breakfast still. Hopefully eating something takes care of this nasty heartburn I woke up with this morning. I rarely get heartburn anymore, and it usually only happens after I have a cheat day and drink Pepsi. I didn't do that last night, so I don't what caused it.
On a good note: I noticed today when I was coming back inside from dropping the kids off at school that my pants didn't feel as tight. I had to hike them up because they were sliding down.
