Well... I have not been good. haha! Not at all. Like, I can't even explain how bad I've been, because I would need to crawl under a rock and hide in shame. Last time I was on a scale, which was last week...I was well over 200 again. I don't even want to type the number, because it's THAT bad. I'm pretending it didn't happen. DENIAL. I won't be stepping on a scale again for a while. :blush5:

OK.. here's the good part though!

IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE, PEOPLE! I have to start being good. I've been concentrating on other things lately, mostly my art stuff. I need to find a balance and start focusing on more than one thing at a time. There have been way too many late nights, not enough sleep, and way too much junk food. I need this forum, so I'm back. There are certain things that I want to lose weight for this year, so I need to get on track and STAY on track.

Game Plan: Eat less, get my ass off the couch, and drink more water.


That's all for now. You will be seeing me around. I might see if I can get Chef to come back. You've been warned! LOL! :)

Ok, I'm off to watch the rest of the Blacklist. I need my James Spader fix. lol!

We have been talking about Stress, Anxiety & Panic attacks.. I had mentioned in Oaks journal I had just read an article about Adult Coloring.. (You can find books on amazon and sometimes in the stores) :)

long story short...I mentioned I was going to try it and so many people responded they are already doing it.. LOL..

According to Tru the new style is a patch-up for a software problem. They´re working on the most urgent problems.

So we are smack dab in the middle of a big snowstorm. 12-18 inches by tomorrow morning. Accidents all over and whiteout conditions! Boo. Yuck! Why do I live here again? :confused:

Today I am working. Not exactly what I want to be doing, but I need money. My goal for this year is to get a new car. Well, a newer used car. I'm hoping by August I'll have enough saved that I can get something decent without having a car payment, or only have a very small payment. Just about anything is better than what I have now. My car is getting so bad, it's almost comical. I can't wait to get a new one!

The kids are gone right now, Chef is at work, and I'm trying really hard not to eat the rest of the kids' Christmas candy. lol! I haven't been super good over the weekend, but I've been better than I have been. I consider that a step in the right direction. Baby steps!

SNOW DAY!! There's so much snow out there. SO. MUCH. SNOW. Chef had at least a foot on his car this morning. Hopefully the kids go outside today, because there is lots to do. My super awesome hubby is already tackling the list though. Love him. :beating:

I figured I'd write a quick post because I'll be working the rest of the day.

My goal for today is to limit my snacks to only one later tonight. Snacking has been my downfall for the last 3 months. I need to stop it! So I'm going to go back to one reasonable snack at night. It'll give me something to look forward to, and will cut a considerable amount of calories from my diet. Like I said, I've been doing a lot of snacking.... like a LOT of snacking! :oops:

Goals for this week: Limit snacking, stay under 1500 calories, and drink more water. I feel pretty confident that I can do those things at least.

Great to see you back newly nuptialed Jen. You already know how to do this since you've done it before, so just set about doing it. It helps to be a little conscious of everything you eat for a while, at least until you get back into a routine. IE, when you reach for something ask "do I really need this, or am I just doing this out of habit/boredom/whatever?"

Welcome back and keep at it. Also exercise!!!
