She did come home saying they were making a tank.... lol.

208.6 this morning. I've lost 12 lbs now. 33 more to go! Pretty sure I will see 207 by Saturday.

Not much going on today. My daughter is at robotics class again, and my ex brought my son along for the day. The kids won't be back until later tonight, so it's going to be a quiet day around here. Hopefully I can get some work done and exercise. :)

Thanks, guys! :)

Ok, so it's been a busy weekend. We had the kids all weekend, so we were out and about doing stuff all weekend. We went shopping yesterday and bought a bunch of wedding stuff, and I also bought a bunch of exercise stuff! And even better .... I actually used some of it today! :) I bought a new Jillian Michaels dvd, some hand weights, a weighted fitness hoop, Pilates bar, and a foam roller for my back. So I should not get bored for a while. I used the pilates bar today, and loved that. The hula hoop was fun, but kinda hard. That will take some practice. lol. I also did the treadmill today. I also used the foam roller ....why didn't I buy one of these things sooner?!?! Seriously. Love that thing!

I haven't been on the scale since day before yesterday. Was kind of scared to get on there this morning, because I cheated a little bit last night and had ice cream. It's also getting to be that TOM...so the scale won't be my friend for a while. I might just stay off of it until my TOM is over.

Hope everyone is doing well! Haven't had a lot of time to visit any diaries. Hopefully soon. :)

A foam roller is a big round foam tube. You can lay on it and stretch your back out. It feels good on my hips too. I bought mine at Target and they're with the exercise stuff. Around the 3:05 mark in this video is what I love. Makes my back actually feel loose.

So far this week I've done the treadmill 4 times, used the pilates bar once, and did hula hooping twice. Still haven't been on the scale this week. :)

Thanks for posting a video, I'll have to watch it when I get home. The internet is too slow at work for that. Great job on all the treadmilling. I need a treadmill at home that powers the TV or computer so I can only use them if I've walked or run.

I also like the video. I think that the most important thing to continue the diet and stay on track is the existence of a motive to this route. The previous month i had the motive of intense dance lessons and i had great progress for that time. I was very satisfied with the fact that i lost 3-4 libs in very short time while i was trying a lot of time before to achieve that. Now, the lessons aren't so intense and that makes me more relaxed but i feel that that isn't so good. And now, sometimes i feel hungry and the lack of carbs as i avoid them for a lot of time now, especially the last month. I also feel my belly empty a lot of time during the day but i don't usually have the feeling that it has been reduced. I would like to see and a result in reducing belly's perimeter but at this point i rely on scales measures. Have you any idea which is the best measures for belly's woman perimeter?

The previous week was somehow good. I dropped 2 pounds . But i can't consider this lost as permanent as my weight fluctuates a lot if i don't take care a lot of my diet. And as the summer vacations are near i have always to think not changing a lot of my diet program and leave myself without a diet. I feel nervous about summer vacations in the matter that i couldn't follow diet.So i have in my plans going to gym as much as i can so as not leave myself without program. The other thing that worries me is that during vacations i would be with friends that really enjoy food and that would be a great obstacle for me to follow a diet when is everybody else is enjoying food. I can't really say that i wouldn't be carried away from my track when i see others eating. I really feel jealous when other friends are eating and i can't really control myself then. And all the previous work has been disappeared. I have then to start again from the start point. I can't really avoid vacations for the reason of diet but i don't want either to come back frustrated as my all the previous year's work has been vanished. And i think that this gain-loss weight in little time isn't so good for the waist measures the point that i want most to take care about. What aboyt you summer vacations and diet?

Damn....I haven't posted in here since July? :blush5: Time flies when you're planning a wedding. Well, fear not, people...I'm still alive. I'm also MARRIED!!! Chef and I tied the knot on Saturday! I thought I should come back and update since this is where we met over 5 years ago. :) The wedding was small, but absolutely perfect! Loved it!

I didn't get down to the weight I wanted to for the wedding, but that's ok. I've spent the last couple months stress eating. Planning a wedding is stressful, and then we also had a larger downstairs apartment pretty much fall in our laps. We couldn't pass it up, so we ended up moving just 3 weeks before the wedding. I highly do NOT recommend that. I about lost my damn mind. haha!

Anyways... I'm taking a week to relax and have fun.... and then I want to get back on track. So you will be seeing more of me again. :)
