210.0 again this morning. Ate really well today and did the treadmill. Hopefully I'll see a drop tomorrow. *fingers crossed*
Going to be a quick post tonight. We just got done watching The Blacklist. I love that show and hate it so much at the same time. Ahhhhh... it needs to be next Monday already!!! lol!

I mostly agree with this thing that i can' lose weight without a plan as you mention Jen. It's very easy to fall off the wagon if i don't have a plan in mind. And that's true that if i go off my calories for a day, it usually turns into two, three, or four days. But i think again that it's difficult to stay always in a plan except there is a strong determination or good motivation in mind. I would like to think about something pleasant after that programme. Like some new cloths and the fact that after reaching my goal i would be more free with counting calories. However how many calories do you count a good day?

Rewards are definitely part of my plan. This girl love rewards! The ultimate reward being a healthier and slimmer body... BUT, since that is going to take a while, I'm going to be rewarding myself with a few fun things along the way. For example when my 30 day pop challenge is over, I'll be getting a new outfit. When I get under 200 lbs again there will be a reward for that. I'm thinking maybe a new mp3 player? Chef and I also discussed going to a resort for a weekend as a reward for losing so many pounds. So, rewards definitely play a part. I think when you have a lot to lose, small rewards keep your motivation up. At least they do for me.
Eventually I hope to be able to live a life that is free of calorie counting, but for now I have stick with it. When I get down closer to the weight I want to be, I'll work on weaning off the calorie counting. I try to stick between 1300 and 1400 calories a day. I do have my off days where I eat 1500 or 1600 though. I've been trying to watch my carbs and sodium lately as well. I use myfitnesspal for all that, which I love! If anyone is looking for a calorie app... I highly recommend it. I neeeever stuck to calorie counting for any length of time before using that.
Thank you for your answer Jen! I 'll try to stick around 1400 calories a day, too. I think it's very useful a calorie counting application. I will try myfitnesspal although i would prefer the least complicated calorie application if there is one. I also think that music is really relaxing and i 'm thinking of buying an mp3 player as a reward when achieving my next goal of losing some extra pounds. My worry is that when i stick around 1400 calories which food is really necessary for getting enough nutritional ingredients during a week. I prefer eating proteins from dairy products.
In every case i eat fruits every day but vegetables isn't in my daily routine.
We need to hit them where they live!Don't let this little guy win >>>![]()
209.6 this morning.
I'm really tired this morning. I slept pretty good last night too, so I don't know why I'm so tired.
I have to get some more work done today, maybe do some laundry, dishes, and do the treadmill tonight. The kids are leaving later, so it will just be Chef and I here tonight. I have to say.... Chef is doing so good! He's been sticking to his diet and you can definitely see a difference in him. He's slimming right down. I think he gets thinner every day..lol. His chef coats are getting really big too. He's definitely going to have get some new ones soon. Very proud of him!![]()
Not to toot my own horn(ok, yes I am), but I think I'm doing pretty damn good too. I'm eating better, making progress on the treadmill, and can see a difference in myself. My face is getting thinner. That's where I tend to lose it first. My pants are getting a little big again too. Definitely happy about that!

Like I'm giving up a personal chef.
