Ending the day at 1512 for calories. A little higher than I would of liked today, but not horrible by any means. :)

Good morning, my lovely forum friends! :) I am done with my 45 minutes on the treadmill already this morning. I've decided I like to get it done early. That way I can relax and not have to worry about fitting it in. I'm sitting here waiting for the work tool to come back up. It's still down from yesterday. I probably should be working my other job, but I hate it even more than the writing one. So, it's probably not going to happen. lol! At least not this morning. If by late afternoon I'm still sitting here twiddling my thumbs, then I'll work my other job. Which is basically evaluating search engine results for Google. You wanna talk about boring. The only things that wakes you up is that occasional porn task, and then you're like....WHOA! I'm AWAKE! haha! Ok...I'm rambling. I hope everybody has a great day! :)

I'm doing good on my calories so far today. I'm thinking maybe Subway for dinner tonight. It sounds really good right now.


Well it shouldn't be too bad. There really isn't very much porn on this internet thing.

haha! yeah, hardly any at all. It's super hard to find. :rolleyes:

Thanks, Justina! The work tool is still down. Was hoping it would be back up today, but no such luck. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow. :)

My calories were a little lower than normal today. I'm ending the day at 1230 calories.
 
My gut would start gnawing at my ribs if I ate that little. It probably helps that you weigh the same as one of my legs though.
 
haha! I'm not hungry. I could probably go for a snack, but that's more because I'm bored. Instead I will be going to bed. lol! Nite all!
 
I'm so tired and sore this morning. I did a quick check on the scale when I got up today, and one of those pounds of retention is gone. So that's good. At least the scale is moving in the right direction. I'm hoping for a nice big whoosh, but I'm not holding my breath.
 
The sore and tired does go away eventually. One of the benefits of an exercise plan is that it allows you to exercise. It's like an Escher painting in that way, or I guess not really. Hard to tell I took my medication an hour ago, isn't it?
 
I hear holding your breath for prolongued periods of time is unhealthy, so that's a good plan.

Yeah, I'm not even going to attempt it. lol.

The sore and tired does go away eventually. One of the benefits of an exercise plan is that it allows you to exercise. It's like an Escher painting in that way, or I guess not really. Hard to tell I took my medication an hour ago, isn't it?

It's a little bit better this evening. Also, +1 for mentioning Escher in my diary!

I'm heading off to bed soon. Ending the day at 1273 calories. No treadmill today, but will definitely be doing it tomorrow.
 
I'm back down to 194.0 this morning. Yay! Maybe if I'm good today I'll see 193 tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

I'm sitting here waiting. My son's Christmas party was canceled way back before Winter break, because of a snow day. So it was rescheduled for today at 9:30. It's also PAJAMA DAY! The kids get so excited for that. They were all bouncing around this morning. I guess I don't blame them though, I 'd love to wear my pajamas all day too. lol!

Tonight, if the roads are still decent, we're going out. I'm sticking to my calories though, even if it kills me! We're picking up a game for this weekend. Not sure what yet, but we're having a game night Saturday. Going to play a cut throat game of dominoes and then whatever else we get. Should be fun! Especially if I win! :D

Well we both skipped the exercise yesterday. I also cheated on my diet so my weight is up. I'm very happy yours is down. It was my last chance as I will be squeaky clean on the diet and exercise for the duration of my WL challenge (10 weeks!).
 
Party is over. Treadmill is done. I'm on track with my calories. We're leaving at 6:00. Hopefully it stays warm and the roads don't turn into an ice rink. That would not be fun. lol!

Thanks, Quercus! I would of cheated too. lol! You're going to do great on the challenge! I'm going to have to cheer for Team Gold I think, since you and Justina are both on it.. lol! :)

That would make staying below your calories tomorrow much easier.

haha! yeah, it definitely would! Let's hope it doesn't come to that. :p
