You sure it was 1294? It wasn't 1296 or 1292?

Good job on staying under calories and getting your exercise in. The smoke is probably just from the treadmill; you were going so fast the belt was starting to catch on fire!

My Calories are good so far today. Today is also my day off from the treadmill, so I'm enjoying that. Had a rough night and morning though. I'm hoping today goes better. If not, you might hear a lot of bitching later. Sorry in advance.

Thanks, Tete! It did get better. Turned out to be a pretty good night. :)

My calories were good yesterday. I'm done with the treadmill already this morning. I also weighed myself and I'm at 193.4 this morning. The lowest I've been in a good 15 years. Hopefully that holds until my weigh-in on Saturday. That would be nice. I won't be surprised if it doesn't though, being that I exercised today and will be again tomorrow. That seems to still be messing with my weight a little. I'll enjoy that 193 for today though. :)
 
Congrats on hitting a new low. See what all this wonderful and fun exercise does?

Continue keeping up the great work. 97 pounds lost is nothing to scoff at. Do your kids say anything about it?

(This just reminds me of my weightloss journey (i was nearly in the 190s) to think that i went down to 200 just to go back up again to 273 - oh the horror..i could be easily at my target weight now...silly me - )

Thanks, MrVee! The kids don't really say much. I think it's been such a slow gradual change, that they don't really notice it anymore. One of the times I did the treadmill while they were home, my daughter did make a comment though about me getting healthy, and that I'm "getting skinny". lol. My hope is that they never have to see me like that again. :)

New to your diary. Congrats on your new lowest weight. I admire you for getting on that treadmill, I have one and been trying to get myself to get on it but no success yet. Its winter now and I'm way to cold to do anything, I become like a hybernating bear in winter :)

I will keep up with your progress and use it as motivation for me. Feel free to pop into my diary when you have a mo!

Good morning, everyone! I am done with my 45 minutes on the treadmill. Going to try to drink lots of water today, and hopefully the scale will be nice to me tomorrow. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back up to 194. So we'll have to wait and see. I took my measurements this morning too. I've been meaning to for awhile now, and finally got around to it. I figure it'll be nice to have another way to measure my weight loss, other than just the scale. :)

Anyways... going to be super good today, drink lots of water, and cross my fingers for tomorrow.
 
It's a 2 calorie BINGE!

I know...I know!!I don't know what I was thinking, eating all crazy like that.:willy_nilly: haha!! It'll be fine. I'm going to stick to the treadmill. I definitely feel better. I have more energy and less aches and pains. The scale will catch up eventually.

Good idea about the measurements! I might do that myself too!
