AToday was weigh-in day! I had a 4 lb loss this week... part of it was just water/TOM weight, but hey it's still 4 lbs! Which brings my total to 14 lbs lost so far! Not too shabby! I'm starting to notice my pants getting baggier, as annoying as it is yanking them up all the time...it's a great feeling! lol! :)

CONGRATS!!!!:hurray:

Tugging the pants CAN be annoying, but I get great satisfaction from tugging on them, instead of trying to push the fat in! :rotflmao:

AWell today was weigh in day... up until the weekend I was the same weight I was last week. I had a lot of fun this weekend though, and that definitely translated into lbs on the scale...lol! So yeah, I'm up 3lbs from last week. But I'm not really worried, it fits the pattern that I've been having. It will come off and then some.

As far as the fun I had this weekend. My cheat day was a little ridiculous...but it was fun! Chef and I went to Traverse City, stopped at the new Dylan's Candy Bar that they put in over there.... O M G. We will not be going back there for a while...lol. I got a chocolate covered pretzel and a "To die for" salted dark chocolate truffle. That thing was aaaawwwesome! It was also like $3 for one piece of candy..hahaha. Totally worth it though..lol.

After that we went to downtown Traverse, which is an area with lots of little shops and restaurants... it reminded Chef of Chicago, so he loved it. We had lunch there(which included yummy cheese sticks!) and then wandered all around looking at stuff. Then we went over to the mall, and headed home. On the way home we decided to make a spontaneous trip to the casino. Where we played for a couple hours and lost about $50..hahaha. It was fun though, and Chef's first trip to a casino. Then we went home, got pizza, had some drinks and chilled for the rest of the night. It was a great day!

Sunday was spent lounging around the house. I only went over my calories by about 150 on Sunday.. but Saturday was definitely a different story.. I have no idea how much I ate that day, but it was a lot. :blush5:

Today is back to the grind though.. I hope everyone else had a great weekend! :)

ASo we had a fun day yesterday. This weekend is our "big" Trout Festival weekend( hahaha,...yeah, I know, I live in a small town). So we went to the kiddie parade and carnival. I'm happy to report that I didn't get ANY deliciously yummy and horribly bad for you carnival food. I REEEEEALLY wanted to, but I didn't.. LOL!

Tonight it's subway for dinner. I've been craving it all day! And then probably movies or something tonight.

Heya Jen! :)

Very nice on avoiding that carnival food :p Omg, funnel cake is one of my favorites. I don't know if I could avoid the temptation of that. It's been a while since I've been to a carnival tho!

Subway is sooo good. Hmmm. I'd love a sub right now actually :p My friend has an uncle who owns 11 Subways :)

Hope all is well with you! :)

Remember, it's ok to indulge! I've done it so many times, and I'm still fighting my way to the 200lb weight loss mark :)

As long as you keep your focus and don't make eating that nastiness a habit again, you'll be just fine :)

Rock on, Jen! :]

AWeigh-in day is tomorrow. I've been keeping an eye on my weight all week. Last Monday when I weighed myself, I was 3lbs heavier from the massive cheat day I had right before. By Wednesday those cheat day lbs were gone. This morning I weighed myself again and I was down an extra pound. So technically I'm 4 lbs lighter than I was on Monday. I really need to stop having my cheat day on the weekend...or I need to change my weigh in day. Every single time I have a cheat day, I always go up about 3 or 4 lbs, but then they're gone within a couple days. So it looks like I have a massive loss the week after, but it's really not, cuz my weight was only up for a day or two. Ugh...idk.. I just know I hate having to count that cheat retention as an actual gain. Maybe I'll change my weigh-in day to Friday. That way I'll be weighing myself right before my cheat day, and won't have to see the retention on the scale...or maybe I'll just shut up, cuz I'm rambling now..lol.

Greg.... I could eat Subway probably every other day...maybe more..haha! I love it! I do eat it quite a lot. The town I live in has a whopping 4 fast food restaurants... McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's and Subway. To get anything else you have to drive about 45 minutes. So out of those choices we usually end up at Subway once or twice a week. I'm boring though. I get the same turkey sub pretty much every time. If I'm feeling adventurous... I miiiight get a ham and turkey! :D

AWell the scale this morning was the same as it was yesterday. So technically I lost 4 pounds this week. Taking into account my 3 pound gain :( from my cheat day last week, that brings my total up to 16 pounds lost in the last 2 months! :hurray:

AI have the feeling that by the end of today I'm gonna wanna strangle somebody. More specifically, my lovely boyfriend. It started off last night with a shitty text from him. I ignored it and told him Goodnight. So, I'm sure that it will carry over into today. Something to look forward to! Yay!

Eh..... I need a nap already.

Congratulations on your loss! 16lbs in 2 months is insane! Awesome work! Gotta admit, it's a LITTLE hard to see since your shirt is baggy, but your legs look a WHOLE lot slimmer! And the way it hangs on your body looks a little different too.. and your arms look slimmer as well!

And haha, the joys of a loving relationship! I'm sure it'll resolve itself soon enough! Either by strangulation or otherwise! :biggrinjester:

Thanks, Sarah!! And yeah it's hard to see. Maybe by the time I take my next pic my aversion to tight clothes will not be so strong...haha!

...and right now I'm leaning towards strangulation. ;)

AOk, for the sake of having something better to compare my next pic to, I went ahead and found something a little more snug to put on and took another pic. So next time we'll actually be able to see something... hopefully..lol!

Good call! There IS a difference, but it is kinda hard to see in a baggy top! Shall look forward to the next piccie updates! Still can't get over the 16lbs loss... that's mental!

I know you guys aren't married, but this picture cracked me up - hope it does you too!

AHAHAHA! That picture is hilarious!!!

I'm happy to report Chef is alive and well....no strangulation occurred....... this time. :p
