Well today marks that day I came into this forum and decided to make my life better and healthier. Tomorrow is my officall weigh in day. So tomorrow will be the end of my first week and the start of my 2nd week. Wow I've made it this far! I am thinking to myself "man did I really just made it though my first week? Am I going to do the same in the 2nd week?" Then after all of that thinking I thought once more "You NEED to do this, You CAN do this, and YOU WILL DO THIS! No ifs, ands, or buts about it! I am currently working on my morning sittups in between post. So I haven't completed my morning's exercise yet.
