Well I am currently getting ready for bed. Gotta get up at 6am tomorrow for school. ( no skipping my 8am class

) Today has been a good day. I made it through my first week! I am 5lbs down. I am doing well in school. I am finding more and more advantages that come with losing weight, dieting, and exercising.
~I have more energy
~I am in a better mood
~No binge eating
~My IBS is getting better...more on this later
~My mom and dad aren't on my back pestering me as much
Over all life is better. I hope week 2 is just as great.
Today in exercises I have done:
~1 mile indoor walk (DVD)
~200 sittups...i know ..it's half of what I have been doing but I decided to go easy for today
~10 squats
~20 inner thigh things...still don't know the name of the exercise
~some weight lifting
Today in food:
~Cereal w/ skim milk
~Chicken Noodles W/ half a peanut butter sandwich...(not a whole one) and 2 glasses of water
~Chicken Tenders w/ honey mustard...and a few hot pepper cheeseballs...mm their good..I prob shouldn't eat them though...gatorade
~Water
~Chocolate milk w/ skim milk
~Specail K 90 cal chocolate drizzle bar...mmm those are really good unlike most breakfast bars.
~3 glasses of water
Well that's it for today. I have to get to bed now. I will cya all tomorrow morning/afternoon!
