Survived Easter. Managed to lose my 1lb gain from Sunday. Back to the good old 168. Back to drinking lots of water. Not much exercise lately, with all this snow. Supposed to be warmer by the weekend, but chance of rain. We'll see. Thinking about signing up for an adult figure skating session in the summer. Haven't totally decided. It's $200, and I want to be able to go out and do my own thing (dance, jump, etc), I don't want to have to "learn" things I already no how to do. I want a hard core, body torturing work out.
Back to WW, said I wouldn't do it but I thought "hey it worked the first time". My plan of attack this time though is 1 to 1.5mths on and 1mth off, just so I can keep my metabolism in check. Points range now is 20-25 per day. I will start logging my food again.
