Busy week this week. Not sure how much posting I will be able to get in. Out of the office all day tomorrow and Good Friday. Will try to get caught up on Wednesday. Also trying to get to meet everyone on the team.

CRAZY WEEK - sorry guys for not being here.

Hopefully next week will be back to normal - what ever that is!

Still holding strong at 168. My food choices haven't been the best, but I haven't given up. Been lacking in the excerise department as well. We are currently on a snow squal warning. Just in time for Easter:( . It's supposed to carry through to Monday. So I haven't been able to get outside to walk.

Two Easter dinners scheduled for this weekend. Sat at the in-laws and Sun at my parents. At least were having turkey - both nights.

Won't have access to the computer this weekend, so I'll check in Monday.

Hey Jenn! Things haven't been so great for me either this week for logging on and checking in. I hope you too have a wonderful Easter holiday, and enjoy your time with your family.

Maybe it'll be easier for both of us to log on during the coming weeks.

Survived Easter. Managed to lose my 1lb gain from Sunday. Back to the good old 168. Back to drinking lots of water. Not much exercise lately, with all this snow. Supposed to be warmer by the weekend, but chance of rain. We'll see. Thinking about signing up for an adult figure skating session in the summer. Haven't totally decided. It's $200, and I want to be able to go out and do my own thing (dance, jump, etc), I don't want to have to "learn" things I already no how to do. I want a hard core, body torturing work out.
Back to WW, said I wouldn't do it but I thought "hey it worked the first time". My plan of attack this time though is 1 to 1.5mths on and 1mth off, just so I can keep my metabolism in check. Points range now is 20-25 per day. I will start logging my food again.

Breakfast: cereal, black coffee - 3pts;
Lunch: tuna - 2pts;
Supper: don't know.
Water yesterday: 112oz.
 
Glad to see you back. Congrats on losing that lb!
Your WW month on-month off plan sounds like a good way to make sure your body doesn't get too comfy with the low calories. Glad to see you posting your foods. I've realized the only way I truly behave is when I know I have to post my foods for everyone to see!
 
I really wish I knew how to ice skate. There is a rink here where I live, but I have never gone, and I have wanted too. I think I'm going to have to put it on my to do list.

Didn't fair too well on my points yesterday. Ended up having company last nught, so we ordered pizza for dinner. I managed to control myself and only had 2.5 slices, but then once they left I had an easter cream egg and a hersey caramel stick (i know those 2 are 5pts combined). Anyhow, still managed to lose 1lb, could be from all the water. Got in 80ox yesterday. Feeling rather bloated and crampy today though.

Points today are looking pretty good:
Breakfast - oatmeal and black coffee - 3;
Lunch - tuna - 2;
Supper - 1/2 breaded chicken stuffed w turkey and cheese, 1/2c noodles, 1/2c peas - 8.5;
Snack - 1/2c ice cream - 3pts.
Still leaves 3.5 to 8.5 pts to stay within range today.

Hopefully I am back on track!
 
Was hoping to reach 165 this week, because it seemed as though I was getting my shit together. However, the Easter chocalte still in our house was my down fall last night. I couldn't stop craving, and gave in. Still at 167, but disappointed because it could have been better.

Aside from the choclate binge, the points have been good this week.
Wednesday was about 20pts; Thursday was about 20pts, before I ate more chocolate. I've been drinking lots of water again, but feelilng bloated. Doesn't feel like I am flushing as much as I should be.

Looking forward to a good weekend - lots of water, limited chocolate, good food choices. Hoping to get a start on my spring cleaning as well. Hope everyone has a good weekend. Take care.

Ugh, Easter chocolate is from the devil! It's been my downfall all week. :( At least we're not alone! Good luck with your spring cleaning and with your food choices too. Have a good Friday the 13th!
 
I got lots of spring cleaning done this weekend, indoors and outdoors. Chocolate is killing my weight loss efforts. At least it's almost gone. I've been pleading with my husband to take all of it to work...... he didn't.

Lots of good exercise this weekend. Saturday afternoon we were at the in-laws and spent a few hours out side following him around on his 4wheeler. Sunday, I hooked up the bike trailer and we headed over the the school to play basketball and soccer - as well as tag. My "sit bones" are killing me today. Need to get my butt accustomed to the bike sit again. I did lots of running - even when my son didn't want to I did. Hoping to start jogging soon. Just need to find the right time of day. I'd do it on my lunch hour, if I had the shower facilities at work.

Back up to 168, but I blame the weekend. Didn't drink much water, and I bought a bottle of wine. So I have wasted a few calories on booze. Also the chocolate hasn't helped. I did hope to stay at 167 though, with all the running around I did. Need to flush my body.

Anyhow:
Breakfast: 25 vanilla mini wheats and .5c of 2% milk, black coffee - 4;
Lunch: tuna - 2;
Supper: chicken and broccoli alfredo pasta - can't remember;
Snack: hot chocolate - 2.

Should be able to stay within range today. Take care.
 
No idea what happened to my ticker. I noticed it wasn't showing up anymore. Maybe, because it hasn't changed in forever, it expired?

It's fixed now.
