ASometimes exercise don't fit with your schedule and sometimes your are just wore out. Give yourself the rest time you need and get back to it!!
Sorry about the gain - I never change my ticker either. But I have found that the one or two pound increases usually disappear just as quickly - they seem a lot easier than the new pounds that I haven't lost before. Don't be discouraged!

Yeah, isn't it weird about the BMI and how it's so nonspecific? I know a guy who goes to my university who is an amateur body-builder... He's about 5'10" and I'm not sure how much he weighs, but he told me according to the BMI he's obese! lol Yet he's 100% pure rock solid muscle. So it's sort of hard to trust.
