Will stick with it! Going to drink more water to try and flush myself out.

:eek: noooo! the 4,3,2,1 thing is a drink you take alongside your usual "controled" diet and exercise!! You buy a bottle of the solution and for the first 4 days you mix 4 cap fulls with 1 litre of water, 3 cap fuls for the next 3 days etc.
 
AHHHH gotcha ya Apple........cleansing and fasting are not the same thing. Whew!!!

I can never cope with fasting even when i need to (stomach upset or whatever) I always end up cracking and having a total binge afterwards!! Cleansing is more about removing toxins from your system than fasting.... infact if you fast and your body goes into ketosis, it can put a strain on your liver etc. rather than helping (one of the many reasons i haven't been persuaded to try atkins)

later on 10 lays potato chips under 120 calories,,..would have been better to eat an apple

Lol I knew there was a reason I love ya ewashactin...any one that thinks this old broad is pretty is my new best friend. :D

Getting a pic on is easy...do you have one that you would like to add?..you probably have to resize it to under 80 picels (you know how to do that?)...if not PM and I will walk ya through it.
