Girl, you better make sure you're eating enough! Keep that metabolism moving. Repeat after me: Fruit, veggies, fruit, veggies, fruit, veggies...and so on. :)
 
I know I know fuunkymonk.....went grocery shopping today, and I usually go on Friday....so it was slim pickens earlier today,..at least on my food.


You will be happy to know that my post shopping stir fry had
red pepper
green pepper
celery
carrots
broccoli
onion
bamboo shoot

and I did manage an apple

Jennifer, as always , you are doing so good! :rolleyes: wish I could say the same for myself. And everyone is right, you are very pretty. You should be super proud! :)

hubby romantic ole fool..brought home roses, earrings, teddy bears for his girls...and death by chocolate cake ...Oh heck its valentines!!! And if I do die now,....I can honesty say it was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes!!!! Fruit salad and yogurt! Staples I'm telling you! Great job! And that is so cute about your daugter, even though it's frustrating to be handed candy.

Lol cocogirl no I didnt go walking,..but I did get excersize..it was Valentines day afterall ;) sooo naughty!

However i did get out and walk with four kids today and will get to the gy m tonight.

Easter is a bad one... Baskets full of chocolate bunny's,,, mmm I can see it now! I am so bad. Well, this can give us an incentive. Work extra hard till Easter, and get rewarded..... :D
 
Hey mommies can you feel me?

I had this lovely bra that made my breast feeding boobs for three hungry babes,..once again salut the sun. However, for the past year my over voluptous bod had four boobs instead of two when I wore this bra....and when I bent over they spilled out all together......not pretty.

Well I today I am wearing my lovely bra...with only two boobs, not four...the girls are happy,..uplifted and perky,...

How youthful one can feel with the right bra.

Amen.

LOL!Agree - chocolate has to go,don't let it get to you.I tell you what - when you loose all your pounds,I will give you the secret recipe of a great chocolate mousse.It is so goooooooooooood - you can swallow your brain! :p :p :p But for now instead of chocolate walk some miles.By the way,how is speedwalking going? ;) :)
 
I get bored with just speed walking...I hit the gym though 3 to 4 times a week,..and do 60 min cardio between the stairmaster, treadmill, elliptical and bike,...15 minutes of each goes so fast...that mouse sounds yummy!!!
 
Wow your exercise sched is great! I feel so guilty, as I have been slacking on exercise.
As far as bras go, a good one is so hard to find. Bought one a Walmart last weekend, it holds you in all the right spots and even makes my back feel better. Best part, no underwires! I hate when they start to poke you in the pit!
 
It's good to hear you are doing pretty good. Way to go on getting in the fruits and veggies. I hear you on the bra issue. Only my problem is finding a bra that helps give me more boobies! :eek: Somehow I got jipt(sp) on that area. Way to go on the exercise too.

This sounds really great :) .The main thing - you are exercising!I guess evry one of us has a favorite kind of sport.I love speedwalking but absolutely hate stairmaster,can't do 2 minutes on it don't know why.The mouse is really great but I will tell you all about it after we are done with weight loss :p .By the way,checked your weight loss table - WOW!You are doing fantastic! :p
