Yesterday was okay, could of been better, yesterdays P90X was yoga, it was an hour and a half and 45 minutes in my dvd stopped working- to be honest I was a little relieved, It was pretty hard and toooo long! And I'm in too much pain to be stretching my body so much. Oh well, I at least did 45 minutes of it. I was a little frustrated with the dvd shutting down and my 2 lbs up from the morning that I went home, and had quite the binge. I had that bag of crispy minis that I have been thinking about for days...I'm not buying those for a while...Had 3 special k bars and 2 slices of toast, one with sf jam and one with ff cream cheese!
I don't even think I felt too bad about it, I was too grumpy to care. Its that stupid 2 pounds. And on top of it I think I'm retaining my fluids, my feet and hands are swollen, I think I have been having wayyyy too much salt lately. I set my alarm to get on the stepper this morning and just turned it off and ended up sleeping way in. I'm still a bit grumpy today, I was hoping for a good number for Friday but its looking like it won't happen, my clothes are so tight on me and its just really bothering me, I did really horrible in May, I did a lot of gaining and its really just getting to me. Here is what today looks like:
Breakfast: Omlette- 1/2 cups of egg beaters, mushrooms, onions, sun dried tomatos and asparagus. ff yogurt
Snack: 1 cup of pineapple chunks and 110 calories of popcorn clusters
Lunch: 1 sf jam sandwhich (2 slices of body wise bread and 1 tbsp of sf jam) and 1 ff cream cheese sandwhich (2 slice body wise bread with 1 tbsp of ff cream cheese)
Snack: 1 mango and 3/4 cup of dry cheerios
Dinner: Lean cusine and sauteed cabbage
