15lbs in 9 weeks, I can get pretty close to 200 by Christmas.
Yesterday I did BodyPump (weight lifting) for the first time in two weeks. Owwww. I'm sore today. I wont be taking two weeks off again if I can help it.
Back to the gym today for some cardio.
I'm hungry, but nothing sounds good.
But i'm having a problem. I'm feeling, de-motivated. Not to the point where I dont want to work out. I love working out. However, I dont want to push myself harder. I dont want to try to beat my time on the treadmill, I dont want to see how far I can run, I dont want to use the other machines.
Its like i've hit some kind of mental wall. I needz muh fire back!
