Congrats to your wife!
Yeah my daughter is almost 4. She doesnt know exactly what my husband and I are trying to do. She just knows that we go to the YMCA a lot more now. The first two years we had our YMCA membership we only went sporadically. My daughters happy that she gets to go to the Childwatch and play so the more we go the happier she is.
This weekend I learned an important lesson. My body no longer likes fast food.
I hadnt really had fast food in a while. This weekend things were kind of hectic and I got a little wild. Saturday I had some chicken nuggets from McDonalds, and Sunday I had some Rallys. After the Rallys I felt like crap, by 8oclock I vomited.

Uuuugh. It was almost like my body was saying 'YOU DIDNT PUT ME THROUGH ALL THAT HARD WORK JUST TO DO THIS! rawr' lol
So I dont think i'll be doing that again. Ugh.
Sunday I went with my husband to one of the local parks with marked trails. We did three miles. Running on real ground is harder than a treadmill. And hills! Who's idea was it to put hills!?
I was totally prepared to work harder at the gym this week and pobably not lose any weight, I figured after my eating I would have gone up. However, when I weighed myself this morning I was still 226. I wont question it!
I am absolutely going to lose atleast 1lb this week so that I can get my pedicure!
