I'm Jae, i'm 25 and i'm from Indiana. Been married almost 6 years, and I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter. I'm a stay at home mom.
I currently weigh in at 235lbs. I'm 5'6" and have always leaned more towards the 'chunky' side of the scale, even at my lowest weight of 160. Half of my family is really big and short and the other half is really thin and tall. I got the short and fat genes.
I was doing good at holding 160lbs til I got married then I shot up to 200lbs, got pregnant, went up to 240.
After I had the baby I breastfed and craved healthier things and dropped down to 180. Unfortunately, I didnt try to hold on to the loss and I have since gone up to 230!
My problem isnt so much overeating, I only eat about once or twice a day which is bad. And being stay at home, I dont move around much.
My clothing size is 18/20 depending on the maker.
160lbs at age 17
180lbs at age 19
200lbs at age 20
230lbs at age 25
And my face lol
I'd like my weight to be in the 150 to 160 range.
I've had a membership to the YMCA for the past two years, and havent taken advantage of it, which is terrible on my part.
I plan on using some of the diet and nutrition plans the YMCA offers. They're inexpensive and will probably help me out a whole lot. I know close to nothing about exercising and weightloss. Other than the obvious stuff.
My husband is also about 50lbs overweight. We can never seem to get on the weightloss page at the same time and cant seem to help eachother out.
But i'm sooo damn tired of being fat. I'll have such a great figure if I can just shed the pounds. Although losing 80 to 90lbs seems like a crazy goal.
If I can think of anything else I will add it here.
Update: Goal is now to lose 75lbs
I also forgot to mention that a big part of wanting to lose weight is because I want to have another baby. At my current weight I dont want to risk having complications.
