Thanks guys! My kitties are so beautiful. I love them. I am, indeed, a crazy cat woman.

The first few days we had Starla, Gideon was so angry and he wasn't himself and I was so upset about it. Then on Saturday he jumped on my lap and I started crying like a baby, I was so happy. I'm a freak-

Here's food yesterday:
Breakfast:
Egg Beaters (60)

Orange Juice (50)

Lunch:
Veggie Salami and PRovolone on wheat (300)
Baked cheetos (100)
Apple (70)

Snack:
Coconut Macaroon (100)

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine Pasta (270)

Dessert:
B&J's Cone (360 :eek:)
 
I've been so busy with the cats and the end of the semester I've been a bum. I'm sorry I haven't been posting in anyone's diary, I feel so bad. The good news is I've been eating just fine and I've been keeping my weight steady. More later!
 
Hey girly! What counts is that you are still eating well and your having a good time with your sweet kitties! ;) Good luck with the end of semster!
 
Just checking in on you! Sounds like you are just very busy, but the semester is almost over, right?!
Hope the kitties get along. It took ours a while, but it did work.
I've heard that about Yasmin, too. Hopefully once your body gets used to your new hormone levels you will lose that water weight.

Semester is over!

I celebrated with Mexican food and margaritas...then I threw up a little. No gallbladder=vomit when one ingests tequila and melted cheese.

My weight is still hovering around 173 since I went off Yasmin. I need to be better about updating too, it keeps me in check. Seems I have lost my motivation as of late. However, an old friend who I had had a falling out with contacted me to tell me I looked great and we talked and we're friends again. It's really cool, because the falling out was actually with her best friend, who is no longer her friend at all, and all this time my best friend and I were sorry we couldn't be friends with her because of her stupid friend. But now the three of us are reaquainted. It's very nice. It's been making me think about forgiving an ex-boyfriend of mine who really hurt me. We haven't spoken in about two years, but I'm definitely over it and ready to forgive him. We were friends for years before we started seeing each other, so I should probably give it a shot. I think it will make me feel better.

So, I'm prepping myself for a seriously weight loss-riffic summer. I have to shed the last 20 or 30. I have to get back into this.
 
Girl you can totally do it!! I'm right there with you, I want the fat off, once and for all, and I'm not stopping this time.

I've watched LOST a couple times, it was really good. I missed too many episodes to know what was going on though, so I quit. I'm a big Idol fan, as well as House and Survivor.

Thanks for the post in my journal. I have the cheese ravioli in my freezer, I haven't tried it yet, but it looks so good. I don't remember if it was lean cuisine that makes it, but I really do love the fettucini alfredo with broccoli in it. Perhaps that was Smart ones that makes it.

I forgot to mention, way to go on making the vegetarian chili! I made some a while back with the Boca hamburger. It was so good!! I need to make some more, you inspired me.

Ok, let's get our buns in gear and take off this weight. We are going to be knock outs. hehe Of course we already are, but even more so.

Hey Jaclyn, just stopped by to tell you hey, I think you did a t-riffic job with your food. Once you slip, it sure is hard to get back on the program. I also wanted to say about this forgivness thing, if it's been bothering you or in the back of your mind, sometimes it's better to get rid of it and get that monkey off your back. I bet you will feel world's better. Love your kitties! Im only a dog person though. BTW, your pics are gorgeous! Wish I had your hair! Used to watch Lost, but it's on too late with my work schedule. Avid Idol fan though, and Taylor is my fav.
 
Hey guys, thanks for checking up on me.

I have not been being good and updating. I need a boost in my motivation, so I'm thinking about joining Weight Watchers. For me to lose weight I need to know that I have people checking up on me, and while this forum is great, I'm an old-timer, and us old-timers don't get as much attention, which is understandable. We're not making any great leaps nor do we have the excitment of newbs, so it makes sense that we don't have as many posts or readers. If I do Weight Watchers it will be a new start for me.

But, until I do that I should at least update my diary. That keeps me on a much better track than when I don't--

Okay, I joined Weight Watchers today! I got my little starter kit and I got to tell everyone that I already lost 70 pounds. I'm a little overwhelmed by all of it, but I feel pretty good. Here's my food--

Breakfast:
Egg Beaters (60)
2 Slices Veggie Bacon (60)
Orange Juice (50)

Snack:
Carrots and hummus (150)

Lunch:
Veggie Salami Sandwich (310)
Baked Cheetos (120)
Apple (50)

Snack:
Blueberries and Raspberries (40)
Fat Free Vanilla Caramel Pudding (100)

Dinner:
Big Salad with Chickpeas, Kidney Beans, and Roasted Garlic Dressing (300)
Tomato Soup (200)
Strawberry muffin (150)

Dessert:
Fat Free Frozen Yogurt (150)

I'm still going to do calorie counts in here, until I'm used to the points thing.

Hey Jac, congrats on your joing WW. I'm a member also and it's pretty cool. I bet those women were impressed when they introduced you and then said 70. Keep up the good work. What plan are you on? I'm on the flex and it's ok.
 
Hey, I'm on the flex too. It's a lot like what I've already been doing, so I don't even feel hungry. I just really need someone to weigh me every week to keep me on board.

Of course, I left my whole little WW book at work today. So here's my day:
