Jaclyn's NEW Diary

It's going well, I went major shopping today (and it was majorly expensive.) I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 20 minutes. I haven't done much of anything else. I always feel weird when I have a whole day off. I never know what to do with myself. It's going to be the same thing tomorrow. I need to do some homework, but I can never stay focused when I don't HAVE to get it done.

But I've done very well as far as eating has gone:

Lunch:
Homemade Greek Wrap-
Whole Wheat Flat Bread (100)
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (0)
Kalamata Olives (40)
Cherry Peppers, Pepporcini, Roasted Red Peppers (50 from the olive oil they came in)
Reduced Fat Feta (30)

Snack:
Yogurt Bar (140)

Dinner:
Boca Burger Wrap: (300)
Sweet Potato Fries (140)

Dessert:
Popcorn (200)

I know what you mean, i used to feel weird on my days off too...but then i had kids and days off are no longer existant! lol

So guys, I'm doing good! I totally followed my plan today and I worked out after work.

I have awful senioritis though. This semester needs to end already. I've had it.

So here's today:

Breakfast:
Wheat Toast (200)
Scrambled egg (70)
Banana (100)

Lunch:
Homemade Fried Rice (I make it with brown rice, veggie chicken, and veggies--400)
Apple (80)

Dinner:
Flatbread Quesadilla with fat free refried beans and 2% monterey jack cheese and a side of fat free sour cream and salsa (300)

Dessert:
WW Cookie Ice Cream Sundae (170)

you need to post more often! I miss you! Did you see totallyscrappy's back?? I can't believe it! *the girls are back in town...* man, can't get that song out of my head!

I know, I do need to post more often! I need to finish school is really what I need to do! Then maybe I'll have time.

Scrappy is so back and we are in action. I'm so glad we're all together again. You girls are my favorites!

I'm going to polish up my weight loss personal essay soon and then send it to you guys to read.

So, today was pretty good, although some Oreos snuck in. I weigh in tomorrow at Weight Watchers. I'm still not crazy about Weight Watchers though. We'll see.

Tonight LOST is on. Anybody watch? It's the best!

I love the pictures. I love your patchwork purse (pumpkin picture), BTW. Very cute. Now that everyone is out of the diaper bag stage (sniff, sniff) I am really eyeballing purses. hey... maybe I can get a new bag (Vera Bradley and I speak the same language...) when I lose ___ weight. I'll have to think about it.

Look how cute my buddy is :) You have the best smile. Your food looks great, don't worry about the oreos everyone has to have a oreo once in a while. I look forward to reading the essay.

I'm here, I'm here!

So, yesterday, I must admit. I was good all day then I went out and had too much fun. BUT! I decided today that I want my new mini-goal to be 10 pounds by December 12th, which is my graduation day. I have a very cute polka dot dress I want to wear under my graduation gown and out for my graduation dinner, so I want to be 10 pounds lighter to look really good in it. That gives me exactly one month to reach my mini-goal. Can I do it? I think I can!

So here's yesterdays food:

Breakfast:
2 slices whole wheat toast (120)
1 scrambled egg (70)
1 slice american cheese (70)

Lunch:
Veggie Salami Sandwich on Wheat (330)
Garden Salsa Sunchips (140)
Apple (80)

Dinner:
Veggie Quesadilla (500)
Chips and queso (300)

Drinks:
2 Amaretto sours (400)

So, in retrospect, I shouldn't have had chips and dip or drinks. I was doing great up until then! But at least I'm writing it down, which is what I need to do.

I think I'm going to buy a bike sometime this week!

Here's today's food:
Breakfast:
Nature Valley Granola Bar (140)
Banana (100)

Lunch:
Fried Rice (I made my own with brown rice, Steamfresh vegetables, veggie chicken, bean sprouts, onions, mushrooms, and olive oil--300)
Jell-O Sugar Free Pudding (60)

Snack:
100 cal pack Goldfish

Dinner:
Whole Wheat Ravioli (240)
Sundried Tomato sauce (100)
Salad with oil and vinegar (100)
Garlic Bread (150)

I worked out for 20 minutes on the elliptical!

You are soooo close to graduation! I'm so excited for you. You will look fabulous.
Ah, yes. The amereto sours. Maybe that is what got my butt back in here. LOL. I was at a dinner and DH asked me if I wanted a drink and I said, ...An ameretto sour, please." Then I got to thinking, whatever happened to Fuunky?
