I'm here, I'm here!
So, yesterday, I must admit. I was good all day then I went out and had too much fun. BUT! I decided today that I want my new mini-goal to be 10 pounds by December 12th, which is my graduation day. I have a very cute polka dot dress I want to wear under my graduation gown and out for my graduation dinner, so I want to be 10 pounds lighter to look really good in it. That gives me exactly one month to reach my mini-goal. Can I do it? I think I can!
So here's yesterdays food:
Breakfast:
2 slices whole wheat toast (120)
1 scrambled egg (70)
1 slice american cheese (70)
Lunch:
Veggie Salami Sandwich on Wheat (330)
Garden Salsa Sunchips (140)
Apple (80)
Dinner:
Veggie Quesadilla (500)
Chips and queso (300)
Drinks:
2 Amaretto sours (400)
So, in retrospect, I shouldn't have had chips and dip or drinks. I was doing great up until then! But at least I'm writing it down, which is what I need to do.
I think I'm going to buy a bike sometime this week!

Nature Valley Granola Bar (140)
Banana (100)
Lunch:
Fried Rice (I made my own with brown rice, Steamfresh vegetables, veggie chicken, bean sprouts, onions, mushrooms, and olive oil--300)
Jell-O Sugar Free Pudding (60)
Snack:
100 cal pack Goldfish
Dinner:
Whole Wheat Ravioli (240)
Sundried Tomato sauce (100)
Salad with oil and vinegar (100)
Garlic Bread (150)
I worked out for 20 minutes on the elliptical!
