sorry i been gone, i didnt realise, i havent made any progress lately, im going to start tracking my alchol intake as im gonna cut it right down

ok ok i did go out last night, i drank 2.5 pints of carlsberg, im not sure wheather im going out tonight or not but if a dont im not going to have any more than a pint

I went last night and had 3 glasses of squash and a half pint of carlsberg.

Ive been eating over lately, i love sandwiches mmmm gotta get a grip on it.

Right ok my daily base MT line is 1437, so my goal is to create a calorie deficit of 300 each day for 7 days starting tomorrow. I probably wont have time to train tomorrow or friday. so im going to eat less than 1437 tomorrow and friday.

I will train saturday, sunday, rest on monday, train tuesday and wednesday.

How is your training going? And, are you doing the simuliar things you used to do or have you adjusted and performing other exercises?


And, what have you decided to do "specifically" about your weekend issue?

Could you elaborate on this a tad? And, remembering my post I wrote, and what others have said?

Sorry Chillen for only just seeing this. I keep forgeting about this log lol. Erm i havent changed my weekend thing yet, but im gonna just control what i eat for supper more, and do some biking every saturday and sunday morning.

Thanks so much for your support.

I want to acheive so much in life. Im currently teaching myself some software development through websites and books, maybe in 6 months - 1 year i could get a job in it, and be earning decent money, well i will see, for now i will be pushing myself to work hard at it, but not over do it.

Hi there, very sorry i don't keep this updated no more, i will try to change that.

I just did a 26 minute bike ride this morning- going moderate all the way with some sprinting.

Todays Diet:

how about this for motivation. for every day you don't track your calories, a kitten dies.

I went out in colchester last night and onlt had 2 vodka and cokes - thats a record wooooooooooo
