Hello world! It's nice to be back on here!. My name is Amannda and I've been a part of this forum for some time. I had lost a lot of weight but gained it all back and then some. I'm here today to start my new weight loss journey. I love having a journal and friends to cheer me on and keep up with my story so please stop by and say hello!! Most of my friends have vanished from this site since being on here back in '08. Looking forward to making lots of new friends. Well lets get on with it....
Starting up here a while back I was about 152. After keeping up with the journal entries, counting my calories, and working out 5 days a week, I managed to get down to 133. All that lasted a short while. After my bf and I broke up I started eating like shit and not caring about the effects of it. A few months of that and I was 163 in no time. Came back to the forum briefly in January '09 and managed to shed 15 lbs...............only to put it all back on again. I have done bootcamp since then at my local gym and got down to 152, but now I am heavier than ever.
I now weigh in at a whopping 173!!!!! I think that being 2 pts away from obese on the BMI scale is a good enough excuse to get back into everything. So here I am. I'm pretty good with updating these things so it should be a good journey to follow.
I Look forward to reading some responses, making new friends, and shedding this weight once and for all!!!
