Now that ive built up a lot of muscle mass i find myself getting hungry just about every half hour... i used to eat a minimal amount of calories... normally like 1300 a day and burned about 5-6 hundred so that means like 700 total a day. I eat a protein bar for breakfast and a foot long subway turkey and cheese for lunch and usually barely any supper. Im 190 lbs.. 5'11" and im not sure what to do because i want to lose my gut but apparently im supposed to be around 185 or a little less... thanks for any help you can think of!
