Italiana Lady... Before and Almost after

Hello, I used to be on this website under a different name, Italiana Lady. I wanted to come back and post my results so far. I was about 300lbs at my highest. I've gone down to 135lbs and am a size 5/6. I wanted to post some before and almost afters, as I still have a way to go. I'm 5'1/5'2" btw.

It took about 18 months. I was very, very strict (still am)... no sugar, no white flours, nothing processed, no pop, only healthy meats, and non sugar vegetables, small portions and excercised about 2 hours a day. I would cheat once a week, or when I hit a plataeu. :)
 
do you have any problems with loose skin? I have almost the same amount of weight to lose as you and i'm worried about loose skin.
 
yes, sadly I have a lot of loose skin. I will have to get a body tuck and breast implants.

Hopefully you'll have better luck than me though :)
 
btw I wanted to say one thing... in my before picture you can see me smiling... and when I smile now, I have dimples... they were not visible before my weightloss! lol I had no idea I had dimples lol.
 
You look amazing! Congratulations--it sounds like you worked really really hard to get where you are, and it definitely shows. You're absolutely beautiful and a big inspiration to me and many others, I'm sure.

I wonder what you mean by sugar vegetables? Is it veg with a high carb count?

Vegetables with a high sugar count. Like carrots, corn, butternut squash...etc. :)

Thank you everyone, it feels good thats for sure. I just cant wait until Im completely done! Ill be updating now through losing more weight and pictures from my surgeries.

Wow. I eat lots of those. Maybe cutting back on them would be good.

And Thank You 20to10 :) Here is a list of high sugary vegetables. I only ate them once in awhile or not at all:

Beets
Carrots (depends on diet)
Corn
Parsnips
Peas
Plantains
Potatoes in all forms
Winter Squashes (particularly acorn and butternut)

When I wanted potatoes... I ate sweet potatoes instead of white ones. I kind of eat like a diabetic I guess.

Youre a star. Went over carb amounts on my intake on fitnesspal and took those out and I'm back in normal range!! Thanks!!!
