Italiana Lady... Before and Almost after

I know you mentioned earlier how long you exercise for each day, but I was wondering if you focus more on cardio or weight training...or both???

Hi :) I admit, I pretty much did a no no and focused heavily on cardio through my weightloss (which I dont regret). I am soon going to be focusing more on weight training with still some cardio mixed in to get my muscles toned.
 
I don't want to sound repetitive to every other comment on here, but WELL DONE, you look totally amazing and quite a few years younger :)

It's my first day on here and yours is one of the few threads I've been reading, I know it is when you're that big as I've been there. So congratulations on looking the way you do now and having the determination to stick with it where other would have fallen off the wagon.

Can't wait to see more updated pics :)
 
OMG, I can't believe all the pictures are of same person...... you look damn hot in after pics........ You have become a new inspiration... i always thought fat people have bigger body structure and the cannot have perfect shape.... but after seeing you its myth busted....

Thank you for showing what I will get after the hardwork.....

Can you say what you ate on your non cheat days and the times of day?

on non cheat days I ate only lean meats... mostly just chicken breast, low carb, no sugar, low sodium (I hate feeling bloated, so not much canned food), vegetables... usually broccoli and stayed away from anything processed and if I had bread or anything its always wheat, not white. I did eat beans... love garbanzo beans. 2% cheese, smart balance butter - hardly ever used it though, only natural PB, no deli meats, salsa etc. Sometimes I made (still do) healthy chili with no seasoning packet, I made my own seasoning... add different beans and veggies, top with light sour cream and 2% cheese... yum! again once in awhile bc of the sodium

Sometimes I ate a bowl of turkey pepperoni with some tomato sauce sometimes with a little 2% cheese... and of course I didnt often bc of the high sodium content but it helped my pizza craving.

No pop or juice... I just drank water. I didnt have specific times of the day, I just ate when I was hungry. I also didnt have a set diet plan I just stuck to my rules, though strict. I hope that helps!

I'm 5'2" and my goal is 130, you are a HUGE inspiration and motivation to me right now! I severely doubt I'll look as good as you once I get to my goal weight, but I can't wait to find out! Congrats on your major accomplishment! I love your perseverance!

I bet that a couple of years ago you would never have imagined that you would become such an inspiring role model for so many people. It must make your weight loss doubly satisfying.
