yes, sadly I have a lot of loose skin. I will have to get a body tuck and breast implants.

Hopefully you'll have better luck than me though :)

you are looking sooooooo gooooood! I dont think you need the implants...... but get them if you must!
 
Wow! I'm really stoked to see the before and after pictures! It makes me more motivated to push on. I plan once I'm done moving to exercise 2 hours a day 5 days a week, then on the "off days", go on a one hour walk. Was it hard to get "into the groove"?

I only did 2 hours a day for 5 days a week and took 2 days off... I needed those rest days, dont push yourself too hard... for me I know I would get burned out. But No... It wasnt hard to get into the groove because I had made my mind. I look forward to working out, and even from the beginning I felt so good and the days I didnt work out, I felt like crap. It really became an obsession to work out... its physically addicting! And when I didnt feel like working out I just thought to myself... Its a couple of hours out of my life, after Ill be done and glad i did it... if I dont thats 2 hours I wasted when I could have been changing my life. That alone worked! Thank you so much ;) You Will get there, and I bet youll get addicted too :) Good Luck, I know youll do it and I cant wait to see your progress :)

I am also trying to shed sum weight. My progress however is not as fast as yours. I ve got so many ppl telling me dat changing a fat body structure aint possible. It disheartens me at times. But, now after looking at ur pics I know it aint unattainable!! Any1 can do it..juz sum dedication is required:)

Wow you look great! I have been dieting and going to the gym 5day’s a week and have lost 40lbs now. But, I have been in a plateau mode for 4 weeks now. I still have 50lbs to go. How do I break the plateau? Your help is appreciated!

Thats great! Congrats to you. Have you changed your diet/routine around any? if not, Id say that your body might be used to the same thing. Something I did when I was in a plataeu was I had a cheat day and ate anything I wanted. That seemed to help kick my metabolism back up and helped to break it.

How many minutes/hours have you been going to the gym for? Another thing I did to break a plateau was to add more time to my workouts. from 30 minutes, to 60, etc.

I hope this helps! Just remember, you will get through the plateau!

Ive heard that and thought that my whole life, and I believed it. Then I realized, they are wrong, and so was I... And you are right, Anyone can do it.... dont let them dishearten you, when you hear that turn it into fuel and use it to show them how wrong they are by hitting your goals! Im so glad I could have helped you see that you CAN do it. You have the strength to do it, and you will succeed. Try not to think of how hard or difficult it is, just think about how accomplished you will feel when you have gotten to where you want to go. I cant wait to follow your progress :) Good Luck, you Will do it!!

youve done so well .! i wish i has the get up and go ! i work 60 hour as week nights and i struggle to find time. ive got some dumbells at work now. and i want to try do some cardio ie squats jumps wotever i can i cycle to and from work too. just wait and see how it goes from here :D well done to you .

My weekly routine:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays:
1hr of spin class
1hr of weight lifting
30min on the elliptical

Tuesday and Thursdays:
1hr on the elliptical

This is what I have been eating since I started in September 1, 2009.
Breakfast- 2 hard boil eggs and coffee
Lunch – 2 grilled chicken breast
Lunch- grilled chicken breast and brown rice
Snack- yogurt and a handful of almonds

Basically this is what I have been doing for the last 5 months. Thanks again for your advice!

I def think its just that your body is used to your diet. try switching it up and see if theres a change! :) Youre absolutely welcome, Im always glad to help with any advice I can! Congrats on your weight loss so far, you're almost there!!

DanDan... You can do it, it sounds like you are doing what you can with the limited time you have and thats great. A lot of people just dont do anything at all. Youre not using the limited time you have as an excuse not to excercise. Congrats to you. You'll get there, just keep at it!
