Update for Feb 19

Exercise:

3.3 mile run [42:33] - Academy Loop. My body pretty much said no, but I kept my feet moving. Tomorrow (Saturday) is a 5 mile run... my first one!

Food:

1591 cals
67.3g fat
145.6g carb
108.8g protein

Today is WO1 and dinner and drinks with TJ. I'm feeling lean!

Yeah its crazy when I look back to when I started this 1/2er training program I could hardly run 2 miles without stopping and now I'm running 4 without stopping... just cruising along... Its a great feeling to know that I'm actually accomplishing something! :)

Now if I only had something to wear tonight the world would make sense again!!!! TJ and I are texting about tonights festivities... but what to wear always comes FIRST!

LOL WO1 = Work Out 1

Steve created 2 different work outs for me to do... I do each once a week.

I believe tonight is:

DB box squats
DB single leg romanian deadlifts
Pushups
DB double rows
Planks

Box squats and pushups are my fav I think! :)

DB= dumb bell*

AHA! He did the same for me, so I know what you mean. Solid gold, right? I mean, we get top notch advice from an awesome trainer FO FREE, and it helped us both drop fat and get hotter, what can ya say to that other than BOO-YA!!!

:iagree:

Yeah its pretty amazing... I'm hoping to see 129 in the near future... and hopfully really build some strength. I'm a total wimp... but these workouts are quick and easy yet now that I've been doing them I'm already pushing myself to outdo myself... know what I mean?

Totally! I feel ya on the quick and easy part, but then also I'm SORE the next day so I know they're doing something :D. Before, I'd spend an HOUR in the weight room before I was satisfied; Steve showed me the time-saving moves that RULE!

Hello!

Yes I'm still hovering at around 135. My eye is on 129, but I'm in no rush... my body is trying to handle the 3lbs loss over just a week and a half...

Hello!

That's so awesome :D

My original goal was 135 but I have been hovering at 137-138 for like a YEAR. I saw 136 once but that was the lowest. Now that I am so close I think a more realistic goal would be 125-130.

It has just been so easy to maintain I haven't had enough motivation to push myself to lose those last few pounds. You are my motivation!

That sounds just like me! I hit a plateau around 139-141 and just wasn't making any progress yet I was killing myself working out and my eating was spot on.

But I made some changes and stoped over stressing my body with so much exercise and got on a consistent effective workout schedule and starting tracking my macros (fat, carb, and protein) and was finally able to get to 135. And I look and feel great and am sooo excited about whats to come!

Change things up a bit.... and the results will come and stay positive!! :)
